Abstract
본 발명은 1층 이상의 폴리이소시아누레이트 플라스틱을 강재 파이프에 부착시키고. 이 폴리이소시아누레이트 층에 1층 이상의 경질의 폴리우레탄 발포체를 부착시키며, 상기 발포체를 외층으로하여 피복시키는 것으로 이루어지는 파이프의 단열 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)
1층 이상의 폴리이소시아누레이트 플라스틱을 강재 파이프에 부착시키고. 이 폴리이소시아누레이트 층에 1충 이상의 경질의 폴리우레탄 발포체를 부착시키며, 상기 발포체를 외층으로하여 피복시키는 것으로 이루어지는 파이프의 단열 방법.
제 1 항에 있어서. 폴리이소시아누레이트 플라스틱을 a1) 방향족 플리이소시아네이트. 또는 a2) 1) 2,4- 및 2, 2-이성질체와 0 내지 30중량%의 보다 고도의 관능성 올리고머가 임의 혼합된 4,4'-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트와 2) OH 기수 2 내지 4이고 분자량 1.000 내지 6,000의 폴리에테르의 반응에 의해 제조된 5 내지 20중량%의 NCO 함량을 갖는 이소시아네이트 말단 초기 중합체와 b) 1) 이소시아네이트 반응성 수소 원자수 2 내지 4이고 분자량 1,000 내지 7,000의 폴리에테르, 2) 0 내지 0.5중량%의 물, 3) 가교제로서, 지방족 폴리아민, 방향족 폴리아민, 지환족 폴리아민 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 0 내지 5중량%인 분자량 32 내지 1.000의 화합물. 및 4) 2 내지 10중량%의 삼량체화 촉매로 이루어지는 폴리올 성분(여기서, 상기 성분 b)1), b)2), b)3) 및 b)4)의 중량%는 성분 b)의 총 중량을 기준으로 함)을 반응시켜 제조하는 것인방법.
제 2 항에 있어서, 디페닐메탄 더이소시아네이트와 폴리페닐 폴리메틸렌 폴리이소시아네이트의 혼합물을 방향족 폴러이소시아네이트로서 사용하는 것인 방법.
제 2 항에 있어서, 성분 al) 또는 a2)와 b)의 반응을 300 내지 2,000의 이소시아네이트 지수에서 수행하는 것인 방법.
제 1 항에 있어서, 경질 발포체를 a) 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트와 b) 1) 2개 이상의 히드록시기를 갖는 분자량 300 내지 700의 폴리에테르, 2) 발포제, 및 임의로 3) 사슬 연장제 또는 가교제로서, 3개 이상외 히드록시기를 갖는 분자량 62 내지 299의 화합물로 이루어지는 평균 3개 이상의 이소시아네이트 반응성 수소 원자를 갖는 폴리을 성분을 반응시켜 제조하는 것인 방법.
제 5 항에 있어서, 디제닐메탄 디이소시아네이트와 폴리페닐 폴리메틸렌 폴리이소시아네이트의 혼합물을 방항족 폴리이소시아네이트로서 사용하는 것인 방법.
제 5 항에 있어서, 물을 발포제로서 사용하는 것인 방법.
제 5 항에 있어서, 1종 이상의 알칸을 발포재로서 사용하는 것인 방법.
제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아누레이트 층 및(또는) 경질 폴리우레탄 발포체 층을 회전 성형법에 의해 분착하는 것인 방법.
제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아누레이트 층 및(또는) 경질 폴리우레탄 발포체 충을 분무법에 의해 부착하는 것인 방법.
