Abstract

물을 포함하지 않는 농축을. 물을 포함하는 마이르로 에멀션 및 에멀션 형태로 된 조성물이 CCA를 함유하지않는 목재 보존 처리 분야에 유용한 것으로 개시되었다. 본 발명의 조성물은 황산화 음이온성 계면활성제; 술폰화 음이온성 계면활성제; 술포숙신화 음이온성 계면활성제; 사차 암모늄 양이온성 계면활성제; 및 양쪽성계면활성제로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 계면활성재로 구성되는 계면찰성재 시스템을 포함한다.

목재용 저침출 조성물 및 이를 이용한 목재 보존방법

Claims (10)

  1. (a)칙소 하나의 유기, 물 불용성 목재 보존제 화합물 (b) 황산화 음이온성, 술폰화 옴이은성 계면활제; 술포숙신화 음이온성 계면활성제; 사차 암모늄 양이온성 계면활성제: 및 양쪽성 계면활성재으로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택된 하나 또는 그 이상의 계면활성제로 구성되는 계면활성제 시스템 (C) 상기 모든 목재 보존제화합물의 응점이 25℃이하인 경우에는 임의적으로, 목재 보존재 화합물의 응점이 25℃이상인 경우에는 필수적으로, 하나 또는 그 이상의 비-극성 유기용매를 포함하는 조성물.
  2. 1항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 벤질 알코올, 벤지 아세테이트, 송유(Pine oil), 펜에틸 알코올, 크실렌,페녹시에탄올, 부틸 프탈레이트, 2,2,4-트리메틸-1,3-펜탄디올 모노 이소부티르산염, 알킬벤젠의 혼합물, P9 오일, 긴 사슬 알킬 아크릴레이트 에스테르 및 미테랄 스퍼리트(mineral spirits)로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택된 용매임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 1항에 있어서, 상기 화합물은 2-n-옥틸-3-이소티아졸론, 4,5-디를로로-2-n-옥틸-3-이소티아 졸론, 프로피코나졸, 테부코나졸, 펜부코나졸, 미클로부타닐, 아자코나졸, 요오드프로파르길 부틸 카바메이트. 2-티오시아노메틸(티오)벤조티아졸, 클로르퍼리포스. 클로로타로닐. 패르메트린, 디클로플루아니드, 사이플루트린, 사이퍼메트린, 구리-8-퀴놀리노레이트, 5-펜발레르산염, 바이펜트린, 0-페닐패놀, 디티오카바메이트 화합물. 나프텐산구리(copper naphthenate). 나프텐산아연, 아연나프텐산염, 아시페타스 아연(sincacypetacs), 트리부틸주석 산화물, 펜타클로로페놀, 및 사차 화합물로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. (a) 물과 (b) 청구범위 제 1 항의 조성물을 0.1 : 99.9 - 99.0 : 0. 1 중량비로 포함하는 에멀션 혹은 마이크로 에멀션 헝태로 된 조성물.
  5. 1항에 있어서. 상기 계면활성제는 (a) 두 음이온성 계면활성제; (b) 음이온성 계면활성제와 양쪽성 계면활성제; (c) 두 사차 암모늄 양이온성 계면활성제; (d) 사차 암모늄 양이온성 계면랄성제와 양쪽성 계면활성제; 및 (f) 두 사차 암모늄 양이온성 계면활성제와 양쪽성 계면활성제로으로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택된 계면활성제의 조합물임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 1항에 있어서, 제 1화합물은 4,5-디클로로-2-n-옥틸-3-이소티아졸론이고 제2화합물은 프로피코나졸; 테부코나졸; 펜부코나졸: 마이를로부타닐: 아자코나졸; 요오드프로파르길 부틸 카바메이트: 2-티오시아노메틸(티오)벤조티아즐; 클로르퍼리포스: 클로로 타노닐: 패르메트린: 디플로플루아니드: 사이플루트린; 사이퍼메트린; 구리-8-퀴놀리놀레이트: 5-팬발레르산염: 바이펜트린; 0-페닐페놀; 디메티오 카바메이트 화합물; 나프텐산 구리; 나프텐산 아연; 아시패타스 아연; 트리 부틸주석 산화물: 괸타클로로패놀; 및 사차 화합물로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택된, 두가지 유기 목재 보존재 화합물을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 6항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제 시스템은 (a) 술폰화 아주까리 기름 및 술포숙신산 나트륨의 디옥틸에스테르; 및 (b) 술폰화 올레산의 아밀 에스테르. 나트륨염 및 코코앰포 카르복시프로퍼온산염:으로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. (a) 목재를 청구범위 2항의 조성물로 처리하는 단계 및 (b) 상기 목재에서 물과 용매가 증발되도록 하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 목재 보존방법.
  9. 8항에 있어서, 가압진공하에서 상기 조성물을 목재에 적용하여 목재를 처리함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 청구범위 8항의 방법으로 처리된 목재를 포함하는 물품.
