Abstract
신호 또는 그와 같은 것을 표시하는 전자 디스플레이(2) 예컨대 캐비넷(4)안에 키보드(3) 또는 유사한 제어 수단을 구비한 전자장치(1)에서 사용하는 디스플레이, 디스플레이의 이면에는 복사선감지 전력 발생기 예를 들어, 태양전지 즉, 전지가 배치되어있다. 디스플레이와 태양전지사이에는 투사복사선의 소정의 투과와 반사를 보증하는 필터가 배치되어 있다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 디스플레이로 이루어진 전자장치를 도시한 도면. 제2도는 제1도에 디스플레이를 더욱 확대하여 도시한 개략도, 제3도는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 태양전지로 이루어진 집적된 디스플레이의 단면도.
Claims (8)
- 전자 디스플레이(2, 5) 및/또는 신호, 그래픽, 그림, 기호 등등을 표시하는 그러한 디스플레이와 복사선감지 전력발생기 예컨대, 디스플레이 이면에 배치되어 적어도 부분적으로 반투명한 적어도 하나의 태양전지 형태를 가지는 장치로서, 디스플레이(2, 5)와 태양전지 즉, 전지(7)사이에 복사선 필터(6, 6’)가 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 디스플레이 및/또는 그 디스플레이를 구비한 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 디스플레이는 LCD 디스플레이(5)이며 필터는 상기 디스플레이면에 배치되어 파장종속 복사선 반사표면을 디스플레이와 마주하는 측면상에 바람직하게 구비한 평면필터(6, 6′)인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 디스플레이.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 태양전지 즉 전지(6, 6′)는 판형상이며, 디스플레이의 영역보다 작거나 또는 이 영역과 같은 영역을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 필터는 750-1100nm 범위의 파에서는 20% 미만이고 300-750nm 범위의 파에서는 80% 이상인 투과손실을 가지는 반도체 복사선필터인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 디스플레이.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 필터(6′)는 디스플레이(2, 5)의 후측부상에 또는 디스플레이의 이면에 반투명판상에 직접 인가 예를 들어, 증기증착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 디스플레이.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 디스플레이(2, 5)와 태양전지 즉 전지(7)는 일체성형 유니트(제3도)로 설계되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 디스플레이.
- 제6항에 있어서, 일체성형 유니트(제3도)는 디스플레이(2, 5)와 태양전지 즉 전지(7)사이에 배치된 파장종속 복사필터(6′)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 디스플레이.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기 에너지 저장체, 예를 들어, 콘덴서 배터리 또는 재충전가능 배터리로 또한 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이를 구비한 장비.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
