Abstract
폴리이소시아네이트, 폴리아민 및 폴리에폭사이드를 포함하는 성형물로부터 제조된 폴리우레아 중합체는 열안정성과 물리적 특성이 우수할 수 있다. 당해 중합체는 혼합과 150℃ 이상에서 가열하는 1단계 공정으로 제조되거나, 당해 성분들을 먼저 130℃미만에서 혼합한 다음, 생성물을 150℃이상에서 후경화하는 2단계 공정으로 제조될 수 있다. 폴리우레아 중합체는, 후경화 후, 실질적으로 어떠한 잔여 에폭시 그룹 또는 옥사졸리디논 그룹도 가질 수 없다. 이들 중합체는 특히 폴리우레아 중합체를 간헐적인 고온 및 고습 조건 모두에 노출시켜야 하는 용도에 유용하다. 본 발명의 폴리우레아 중합체는 기포형성 없이 통상적인 폴리우레아 중합체보다 고온에서 잘 견딜 수 있다.

Claims (12)
- 폴리이소시아네이트, 폴리에폭사이드 및 폴리아민을 혼합하고, 당해 혼합물을 150℃이상의 온도에서 가열함을 포함하는 폴리우레아 중합체의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트(A), 폴리에폭사이드(B) 및 포리아민(C)을 폴리우레아 중합체를 제조하기에 충분한 반응 조건하에 130℃ 미만의 온도에서 혼합하는 제1단계와 폴리우레아 중합체를 150℃ 이상의 온도에서 후경화시키는 제2단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제1단계의 혼합이 반응 사출 성형기에 의해 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 중합체를 포함하는 폴리우레아 중합체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트로부터 제조된, 카보디이미드 그룹 및/또는 우레탄 그룹을 함유하는 예비중합체인 중합체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 방향족 폴리아민이 디에틸톨루엔디아민 또는 디-3급-부딜톨루엔디아민인 중합체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 폴리에폭사이드가 2가 비스페놀의 디글리시딜 에테르인 중합체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 폴리우레아 중합체가 또한 폴리우레탄 그룹을 갖는 중합체.
- 폴리이소시아네이트, 폴리아민 및 폴리에폭사이드를 포함하는 폴리우레아 중합체 성형물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 기본 폴리올, 저분자량 활성 수소 함유 물질 또는 이들의 혼합물을 추가로 포함하는 폴리우레아 성형물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 에폭사이드 그룹 대 아민 그룹의 비가 07.05내지 1.50인 폴리우레아 성형물.
- 제20항에 있어서, 성형물이 발포제, 충전제, 보강재, 이형제, 계면활성제, 분자량 중량제, 자외선 안정화제, 난연제 또는 이들의 혼합물을 추가로 포함하는 폴리우레아 성형물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
