Abstract

과립 제조를 위한 장치가 개시된다. 주지의 기존 장치에서는 재순환하는 천공의 플라스틱 벨트(2)를 이용하는데, 이 때 벨트는 유동물질로 공급된 용기(14)의 벨트의 주행방향을 가로질러 배치된 슬릿을 지나간다. 벨트의 견고성 및 수명을 높이기 위해, 벨트를 얇은 천공 강철벨트로 만들고, 이 때 강철 벨트의 천공 개구부는 매번 방울 형성이 가능할 만큼 충분히 큰 부피를 가지며 슬리브(26)가 일측면으로 돌출해 형성되도록 한다. 본 장치는 벨트형 방울 형성기에 사용된다.

Claims (5)

  1. 유동성의 물질로 충전되어, 주기적으로 그 옆을 통과하는 천공벨트(2)를 통해 간헐적으로 개폐되는 배출구(15)를 가진 용기(14)로 구성되는 방울모양이 되어 응고하거나 젤리 상태가 되는 유동성의 점착물질로부터 과립을 제조하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 벨트(2)가 얇은 금속벨트(25)로, 모든 천공 개구부(12)는 용기(14)와 대향한 면으로부터 돌출한 슬리브(26, 26′)가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 과립제조를 위한 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 슬리브(26, 26′)에는 금속 벨트(25)의 용기(14)면에 대향하여 놓여 있는 칼라(26a. 26′a)가 제공되며, 슬리브(26, 26′)의 칼라(26a, 26′a)사이의 공간은 칼라와 동일 평면인 층(27)으로 채워져 있음을 특징으로 하는 과립제조를 위한 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 슬리브(26′)가 금속 벨트(25)에 확실하게 지탱됨을 특징으로 하는 과립제조를 위한 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 슬리브(26′)가 로킹홈(31)에 의해 금속 벨트(25)위에 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 과립 제조를 위한 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 칼라(26′a)에 맞서있는 슬리브(26′)의 하단이 삽입 경사부(30)로 구비되어 있으며, 그 삽입 경사부의 가장 작은 직경은 천공 개구부(12)의 직경보다 더 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 과립 제조를 위한 장치.
