Abstract

1. 청구범위애 기재된 발명이속한 기술분야: 본발명은 시이트상의 복합가스킷에 관한것이다.
2. 발명이 해결하려고하는 기술적과제; 시이트상밀봉부재에 용도나 사용장소등에 대응해서 특정의 밀봉부재를 복합화하므로서 접촉면누설 및 내부층간으로부터의 침투누설을 없게해서 밀봉성의 개선을 도모할수있는 복합가스킷을 제공하는것을 목적으로하고있다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지: 시이트밀봉부재(1A), (1B)를 포함하는 가스킷기자재(4)를 구비한 복합가스킷에 있어서 상기한 시이트상밀봉부재(1A), (1B)에 그 표면으로부터 두께방향으로 향하는 복수의 슬릿(5)을 형성하고 슬릿(5)내 및 상기한 시이트상 밀봉부재(1A), (1B)의 표면의 적어도 어느것인가의 한쪽에 그 시이트상밀봉부재(1A), (1B)와는 다른 물질로된 밀봉부재(6)를 장전한것을 특징으로 하는 복합가스킷이다.
4. 발명의 중요한용도: 배관이음매의 플랜지접속부나 유체기기의 유로접속부등의 밀봉용으로서 적용되는 가스킷으로서 특히 대형시이트모재로부터 임의형상으로 절단해서 사용할수가 있게되어있는 시이트상의 복합가스킷에 관한것이다.

제1도는 본발명의 제1실시예에 관한 복합가스킷을 나타내는 일부절단사시도,
제2도는 제1실시예에 있어서의 복합가스킷에 슬릿을 형성한때의 절단사시도,
제3도는 제1실시예에 있어서의 복합가스킷의 일부를 확대해서 나타내는 절단사시도,
제4도는 제1실시예에 있어서의 복합가스킷의 주요부의 동작을 설명하기위한 확대단면도.

Claims (16)

  1. 시이트상밀봉부재(1A), (1B)를 포함하는 가스킷기자재(4)를 구비한 복합가스킷에 있어서 상기한 시이트상밀봉부재(1A), (1B)에 그 표면으로부터 두께방향으로향하는 복수의 슬릿(5)을 형성하고 슬릿(5)내 및 상기한 시이트 상밀봉부재(1A), (1B)의 표면의 적어도 어느쪽인가의 한쪽에 그 시이트상밀봉부재(1A), (1B)와는 다른 물질로된 밀봉부재(6)를 장전한것을 특징으로하는 복합가스킷.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 가스킷기자재(4)가 시이트상밀봉부재(1A), (1B)의 단체인것을 특징으로하는 복합가스킷.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 가스킷기자재(4)가 보강재(2)의 적어도 편면에 시이트상밀봉부재(1A), (1B)를 적층해서된 것을 특징으로하는 복합가스킷.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 슬릿(5)은 그 깊이가 상기한 가스킷자재(4)에 있어서의 시이트상밀봉부재(1A), (1B)의 두께의 10∼100%의 범위내이며 또 상기한 가스킷자재(4)의 표면을 소정형상으로 구분하도록 연속해서 형성되어있는 것을 특징으로하는 복합가스킷.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 슬릿(5)은 그 깊이가 상기한 가스킷자재(4)에 있어서의 시이트상밀봉부재(1A), (1B)의 두께의 10∼100%의 범위내이며 또 상기한 가스킷자재(4)의 표면을 소정형상으로 구분하도록 연속해서 형성되어있는 것을 특징으로하는 복합가스킷.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 슬릿(5)은 그 깊이가 상기한 가스킷자재(4)에 있어서의 시이트샹밀봉부재(1A), (1B)의 두께의 10∼100%의 범위내이며 또 상기한 가스킷자재(4)의 표면을 소정형상으로 구분하도록 연속해서 형성되어있는 것을 특징으로하는 복합가스킷.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 가스킷자재(4)에 있어서의 시이트상밀봉부재(1A), (1B)는 팽창흑연시이트, 폴리테트라플로로에탈렌시이트, 조인트시이트, 및 비이터시이트중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로하는 복합가스킷.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 가스킷자재(4)에 있어서의 시이트상밀봉부재(1A), (1B)는 팽창흑연시이트, 폴리테트라플로로에틸렌시이트, 조인트시이트, 및 비이터시이트중에서 선택된것을 특징으로하는 복합가스킷.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 가스킷자재(4)에 있어서의 시이트상밀봉부재(1A), (1B)는 팽창흑연시이트, 폴리테트라플로로에틸렌시이트, 조인트시이트, 및 비이터시이트중에서 선택된것을 특징으로하는 복합가스킷.
  10. 제5항에 있어서, 가스킷자재(4)에 있어서의 시이트상밀봉부재(1A), (1B)는 팽창흑연시이트, 폴리테트라플로코에틸렌시이트, 조인트시이트, 및 비이더시이트중에서 선택된것을 특징으로하는 복합가스킷.
  11. 제6항에 있어서, 가스킷자재(4)에 있어서의 시이트상밀봉부재(1A), (1B)는 팽창흑연시이트, 폴리테트라플로로에틸렌시이트, 조인트시이트, 및 비이터시이트중에서 선택된것을 특징으로하는 복합가스킷.
  12. 제2항에 있어서, 복합시켜야할 밀봉부재로서는 고무, 수지, 유지등의 내부에 공극이없는 불침투성 물질, 연질고무, 연질수지등의 연질밀봉재, 흑연, 운모등의 비점착성물질, 희성금속, 흡착형방식제등의부식방지성물질, 고무 또는 수지에 유기섬유, 무기분말체등을 충전해서된 내크리이프성물질중 상기한 가스킷자재(4)에 있어서의 시이트상밀봉부재(1A), (1B)의 구성물질과는 다른것으로부터 선택되어있는것을 특징으로하는 복합가스킷.
  13. 제3항에 있어서, 복합시켜야할 밀봉부재로서는 고무, 수지, 유지등의 내부에 공극이없는 불침투성 물질, 연잘고무, 연잘수자등의 연질밀봉재, 흑연, 운모등의 비점착성물질, 희성금속, 흡착형방식제등의 부식방지성물질, 고무 또는 수지에 유기섬유, 무기분말체등을 충전해서된 내크리이프성물질중 상기한 가스킷기자재(4)에 있어서의 시이트상밀봉부재(1A), (1B)의 구성물질과는 다른것으로부터 선택되어있는것을 특징으로하는 복합가스킷.
  14. 제4항에 있어서, 복합시켜야할 밀봉부재로서는 고무, 수지, 유지등의 내부에 공급이없는 불침투성 물질, 연질고무, 연질수지등의 연질밀봉재, 흑연, 운모등의 비점착성물질, 희성금속, 흡착형방식제등의 부식방지성물질, 고무 또는 수지에 유기섬유, 무기분말체등을 충전해서된 내크리이프성물질중 상기한 가스킷자재(4)에 있어서의 시이트상밀봉부재(1A), (1B)의 구성물질과는 다른것으로부터 선택되어있는 것을 특징으로하는 복합가스킷.
  15. 제5항에 있어서, 복합시켜야할 밀봉부재로서는 고무, 수지, 유지등의 내부에 공극이없는 불침투성 물질, 연질고무, 연질수지등의 연질밀봉재, 흑연, 운모등의 비점착성물질, 희성금속, 흡착형방식제등의 부식방지성물질, 고무 또는 수지에 유기섬유, 무기분말체등을 충전해서된 내크리이프성물질중 상기한 가스킷기자재(4)에 있어서의 시이트상밀봉부재(1A), (1B)의 구성물질과는 다른것으로부터 선택되어있는것을 특징으로하는 복합가스킷.
