Abstract

본 발명은 임계 표면 자유 에너지가 23mJ/㎡ 미만인 물질인 천공제의 존재하에 수득된 천공된 기포 윈도우를 포함하는 기포 중합체에 대해 기술하고 있다. 본 발명에 따라 수득된 기포 중합체는 미세한 기포 구조를 가지며, 향상된 치수 및 열절연 안정도를 나타낸다. 본 발명은 또한 예를 들면, 천공제로서 비점이 130℃ 이상인 입상 폴리(테트라플루오루에틸렌) 또는 액체 폴리플루오로- 또는 퍼플루오로카본의 존재하에 제조된 경질의 폴리우레탄 발포체에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 고체의 평균 입자 크기가 20μ 이하인 경우이거나, 액체의 비점이 중합체의 제조공정시에 나타나는 최대 온도보다 큰 경우에, 중합체의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 0.1%로 존재하는 천공제가 임계 표면 자유 에너지 23mJ/㎡ 미만의 물질임을 특징으로 하는 천공제의 존재하에 천공된 기포 윈도우를 포함하는 기포 중합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리스티렌, 폴리에스테르, 페놀-포름알데히드, 폴리에테르, 폴리아미드 또는 폴리우레탄 중합체인 기포 중합체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 천공제의 존재하에, 또한 물을 밀도를 달성하는데 요구되는 발포량의 50mo1% 이상을 제공하는 양으로 포함하는 발포제의 존재하에, 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트 반응성 수소원자/분자를 함유하는 물질과 접촉시킴으로써 수득 될 수 있는 밀도가 10내지 150kg/㎡인 폴리우레탄인 기포 중합체.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고체 천공제가 폴리(트리플루오로에틸렌), 폴리(테트라플루오로에틸렌), 폴리(헥사플루오로프로필렌) 또는 폴리 (1, 1-디하이드로- 퍼플루오로옥틸메타크릴레이트) 중합체인 기포 중합체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 천공제가 평균 입자 크기가 10μ 이하 이고, 기포 중합체의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.15내지 0.75%로 존재하는 폴리(테트라플루오로에틸렌)인 기포 중합체.
  6. 제1항내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체 천공제가 대기 압하에서의 비점이 130℃ 이상이고 중합체 또는 중합체 전구물질(들)에 대해 불용성을 띠거나 약간 용해하는 유기 플리플루오로-또는 퍼플루오로카본 화합물인 기포 중합체.
  7. 고체의 평균 입자 크기가 20μ 이하인 경우이거나, 액체의 비점이 130℃ 보다 큰 경우에, 존재하는 전구물질 및 천공제의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 1.01내지 2.0%로 존재하고 임계 표면 자유 에너지가 23mJ/㎡ 미만인 물질임을 특징으로 하는 천공제, 및 폴리이소시아네이트 또는 이소시아네이트 반응성 수소원자를 함유하는 물질인 폴리우레탄 전구물질을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 전구물질 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 고체 천공제가 입상 폴리(테트라플루오로에틸렌)이고, 액체 천공제가 전구물질에 대해 불용성을 띠거나 약간 용해하는 유기 폴리플루오로- 또는 퍼플루오로카본 화합물인 폴리우레탄 전구물질 조성물.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 반응성 수소 원자를 함유하는 전구물질이 폴리에테르 폴리올, 폴리에스테르 폴리올, 아민 말단형 폴리에테르 또는 이들의 혼합물인 폴리우레탄 전구물질 조성물.
  10. a)밀도가 10내지 150kg/㎥인 중합체를 제공하기 위해, 발포제가 물을 총 발포 필요량의 50mol% 이상을 부여하는 양으로 포함하고, b) 고체의 평균 입자 크기가 20μ 이하인 경우이거나, 또는 액체의 비점이 대기압하에서 130℃ 이상인 경우에 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트 반응성 수소원자/분자를 함유하는 물질 및 유기 폴리이소시아네이트의 총 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.01 내지 1.0%로 존재하는 천공제가 임계 표면 자유 에너지 23mJ/㎥ 미만의 물질임을 특징으로 하는, 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 발포제 및 천공제의 존재하에 하나 이상의 이소시아네이트 반응성 수소원자/분자를 함유하는 물질과 반응시킴으로써 천공된 기포 윈도우를 포함하는 기포 폴리우레탄 중합체의 제조방법.
