Abstract
본 발명은 입자화 첨가제로서 포름알데히드, 메틸올우레움, 우레아-포름알데히드 예비축합물 또는 헥사메틸 렌테트라아민을 포함하고 있는 우레아 용융을 또는 용액을 매우 미세한 소적 형태로 우레아 입자의 유동층으로 분무시키되 상기 입자화 첨가제는 그 단계에서 입자화시키기 전에 첨가시키고, 상기 우레아 용융물 또는 용액과 상기 입자화 첨가제의 혼합물은 적어도 20초하지만 20분 이하의 접촉 시간을 갖는 것에 의해 상기 우레아 용융물 또는 용액으로 부터 우레아 과립자를 제조하는 방법인 것이다.

Claims (6)
- 입자화 첨가제로서 포름알데히드, 메틸올우레움, 우레아-포름알데히드 예비축합물 또는 헥사메틸렌테트라아민을 포함하고 있는 우레아 용융물 또는 용액을 매우 미세한 소적 형태로 우레아 입자의 유동층으로 분무시키되 상기 입자화 첨가제는 그 단계에서 입자화시키기 전에 첨가시키고, 상기 우레아 용융물 또는 용액과 상기 입자화 첨가제의 혼합물은 적어도 20초 하지만 20분 이하의 접촉 시간을 갖는 것에 의해 상기 우레아 용융물 또는 용액으로 부터 우레아 과립자를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접촉 시간은 25초와 15분 사이로 하여서 우레아 과립제를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 입자화 첨가제의 양은 우레아 과립제 중량을 기초로 포름알데히드로 계산해서 0.3과 0.8중량% 사이로 하여서 우레아 과립제를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 필요한 접촉 시간은 혼합 장치와 유동층 사이에 있는 완충 용기의 존재로 인해 제공되게 되는 우레아 과립제를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 필요한 접촉 시간은 상기 우레아 용융물 또는 용액이 입자화되도록 상기 우레아 용액에서 수분을 증발시키기 전에 상기 우레아 용액에다 입자화 첨가제를 첨가시킴으로써 제공되게 되는 우레아 과립제를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 매우 미세한 소적의 크기는 25μm 250μm 사이로 하여서 되는 우레아 과립제를 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
