Abstract

본 발명은 주성분인 평지유 메틸레스터 및/또는 감자의 발아방지용으로 알려져 있는 중쇄 알코올 및 또는 장쇄 알코올의 혼합물인 특정의 장쇄 알코올, 및/또는 에테리얼유 및/또는 주지의 발아방지제를 함유하는 감자의 발아방지제에 관한 것이고, 또한, 평지유 메틸레스터 또는 Espum EGA 162 Dehysan)와 같은 C18내지 >C36알코올, 또는 평지유 메틸레스터 및/또는 기타 주지의 발아방지제의 혼합물의 발아방지제로서의 용도에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 평지유 메틸레스터를 주성분으로 하고 여기에 발아방지용인 중쇄 알코올, 장쇄 알코올, 에테리얼유 그리고 주지의 발아방지제로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 물질을 함유토록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 감자의 발아방지제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 50중량% 이상의 평지유 메틸레스터와, 50중량% 이하의 주지의 발아방지제를 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 감자의 발아방지제.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 적어도 60중량%의 평지유 메틸레스터에 중쇄 알코올 그리고 장쇄 알코올로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 물질을 잔여분 범위내에 해당하는 중량%로 함유토록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 감자의 발아방지제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 평지유 메틸레스터 이외에, 5∼l0% 중량%의 에테리얼유, 페퍼민트유, 0.1내지 1중량%의 주지의 발아방지체, 프로팸 그리고 클로로프로팸으로 구성된 그룹으로 부터 선택된 물질을 추가로 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 감자의 발아방지제.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 평지유 메틸레스터는 90내지 99% 중량%로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 감자의 발아방지제.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 감자의 저장기간 동안에 평지유 메틸레스터 또는 이것의 혼합물을 감자의 발아방지제로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 감자의 저장기간 동안에 70%의 C18-C36, 30%의 >C36으로 구성된 장쇄 알코올(Espum EGA 162, 상표명 Dehysan), 그리고 이것들의 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 물질을 감자의 발아방지제로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 발아방지제는 액체 무화 상태(스윙포그상태)로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
  9. 제6항 또는 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 발아를 방지하기 위하여 감자 1ton 당 50 내지 100ml의 발아방지제를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 발아방지제는 수성 에밀젼 상태, 특히 15내지 40중량%의 장쇄 알코올과 5중량%의 에케리얼유로 된 알코올을 함유한 수성 에멀젼 상태로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용도.
