Abstract

본 발명은 고전기장하에서도 안정한 특성을 가진 서미스터를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 서미스터 본체를 구성하는 반도체의 조성을 종래의 티탄산 바륨-티탄산 스트론티움계 반도체에 있어서 고성능화에 필요로 하는 산화알루미늄의 첨가를 중지하고 산화티탄을 화학적 양론비보다도 0.2∼2퍼센트 과잉으로 첨가한 것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 다음식을 만족하도록 형성된 티탄산 바륨-티탄산 스트론티움 반도체로 된 서미스터 본체와 (Ba1-x-ySrxYy)Ti(1+z)O3+pSiO2+qMn, 0≤X≤0.4, 0.022≤y≤0.006, 0.002≤z≤0.02, 0.005≤p≤0.03, 0.0008≤q≤0.0015 상기 서미스터 본체에 취부된 급전용 전극을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 PTC 서미스터.
    2. 케이스와 상기 케이스내에 설치된 복수의 정특성 서미스터 펠렛 등을 구비하고 상기 케이스로부터 리드를 도출함과 동시에 이들 정특성 서미스터 펠렛이 병렬접속하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 PTC 서미스터.
    3. 제2항에 있어서, 동일 전극이 전기적으로 접촉하도록 포개진 2매의 정특성 서미스터 펠렛과 상기 케이스내에 상기 2매의 정특성 서미스터 펠렛을 구성하는 스프링 전극과 상기 케이스로부터 도출시킨 리드를 구비하고 이들 정확성 서미스터 펠렛이 병렬접속되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 PTC 서미스터 장치.
