Abstract

본 발명은 유일한 염소원으로서 염산을 사용하는 염화제이철의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따르면, 염산과 산소를 사용하여 염화제일철을 염화제이철로 옥시염소화시킨 후 염화제이철 부분을 재사용하여 철을 공격하여 이를 염화제일철로 변환시키는 방법이 제공된다.

염화 제이철의 제조방법(PROCESS FOR THE PREPARATION OF FERRIC CHLORIDE)

Claims (1)

  1. a) 염화제일철을 염산 및 산소와 접촉시켜 염산이 실질적으로 소멸될 때까지 하고, b) 상기 a)에서 수득된 용액의 일부(i)는 철과 접촉시켜 염화제이철과 철을 염화제일철로 변환시키고, 그 용액을 단계 a)로 재순환시키며, c) 주로 염화제이철로 이루어지고 염화제일철을 함유할 수도 있는, 상기 a)에서 수득된 용액의 다른 부분(ii)을 경우에 따라서 산소 및 충분한 양의 염산과 접촉시켜 염화제일철을 염화제이철로 변환시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는, 염산과 철로부터 염화제이철을 제조하는 방법.
