Abstract

본 발명은 3-클로로프로피온산의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 방법은 특히 물 또는 염산 수용액으로 임의적으로 희석된 3-클로로프로피온산으로 구성된 침전물에 염산 가스와 아크릴산을 동시에 도입하는 것으로 구성된다.

Claims (8)

  1. 3-클로로프로피온산 70 내지 100중량%과 물 또는 염산 수용액 0 내지 30중량%로 필수적으로 구성되는 침전물에 염산 가스와 아크릴산을 동시에 도입한 다음, 염산 가스를 임의로 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아크릴산의 염산수소처리에 의한 3-클로로프로피온산의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 침전물이 3-클로로프로피온산으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 침전물이 5 내지 20중량%의 물로 희석된 3-클로로프로피온산으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 침전물이 5 내지 25중량%의 염산 수용액으로 희석된 -클로로프로피온산으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중에 어느 한 항에 있어서, 염산 가스와 아크릴산을 HCI 가스/아크릴산 몰비가 0.70 내지 1.30로 동시에 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, HCI 가스/아크릴산 몰비가 0.80 내지 1.15인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1,2,3,4 또는 6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 침전물이 사전에 30℃ 이상의 온도로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 침전물을 사전에 40 내지 60℃의 온도로 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
