Abstract

본 발명은 에틸헥실아크릴레이트에 부틸아크릴레이트를 가하고 아조비스이소부티로니트릴 및 사염화탄소를 첨가하여 공중합 전구체를 제조하고, 이렇게 제조된 공중합 전구체에 과산화물을 첨가하여 60 내지 80℃의 온도에서 2 내지 4시간 동안 유지하여 자기가교시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하여 고분자 겔의 제조 방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 고분자 겔에 대한 발명이다.

Claims (7)

  1. (a) 에틸헥실아크릴레이트에 부틸아크릴레이트를 가하고 아조비스이소부티로니트릴 및 사염화탄소를 첨가하여 공중합 전구체를 제조하는 단계; (b) (a)에서 제조된 공중합 전구체에 과산화물을 첨가하여 60 내지 80℃의 온도에서 2 내지 4시간 동안 유지하여 가교시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하여 고분자 겔의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 부틸아크릴레이트가 반응물(에틸헥실아크릴레이트+부틸아크릴레이트) 중량의 약 10내지 25중량%임을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 아조비스이소부티로니트릴이 반응물 중량의 약 0.5 내지 3.0중량%임을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 아조비스이소부티로니트릴이 반응물 중량의 1.9중량%임을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 사염화탄소가 반응물 종량의 약 10 내지 45중량%를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 과산화물이 벤조일퍼옥시드임을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  7. (a) 에틸헥실아크릴레이트에 부틸아크릴레이트를 가하고 아조비스이소부티로니트릴 및 사염화탄소를 첨가하여 공중합 전구체를 제조하는 단계; (b) (a)에서 제조된 공중합 전구체에 과산화물을 첨가하여 60 내지 80℃의 온도에서2 내지 4 시간 동안 유지하여 자기가교시키는 단계로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법에 의해 제조된 고분자 겔.
