Abstract
Se describe un hidrogel biocompatible polifuncional y proceso para la preparacion del mismo que contiene de 1.3 a 5 % en masa de acrilaminda, de 0.004 - 0,975 % de agentes de entrecruzamiento de N,N`- metilen-bis-acrilaminda, 0.004 - 5.1 % de N,N`-metilen-bis-acrilaminda, 0.002 - 0.45 de poviargolum, y el resto hasta 100 de agua. El hidrogel es producido por la copolimerizacion de acrilaminada con agentes de entrecruzamiento en un medio acuoso en la presencia de un peroxido iniciador de polimerizacion, en la incubacion del compuesto de reaccion en dos etapas, la primera de la cual es conducida a una temperatura de 20 - 90degree c y la segunda a una temperatura de 17?? a 130degree c por no mas de dos horas.
