Abstract

"HIDROGEL POLIFUNCIONAL BIOCOMPATìVEL E MéTODO PARA A SUA PRODUçãO". O hidrogel polifuncional biocompatível inventivo compreende 1,3 - 15% em massa de acrilamida, 0,004 - 0,975% em massa de agentes de reticulação N,N<39>-metileno-bis-acrilamida, 0,004 5,1% em massa de N,N<39>-etileno-bis-acrilamida, 0,002 0,45% em massa de poviargolum, e água até 100% em massa. O referido hidrogel é produzido por meio da copolimerização da acrilamida com agentes de reticulação em um meio aquoso em presença de iniciador peróxido de polimerização, a incubação da mistura reacional sendo realizada em dois estágios. O primeiro estágio é conduzido na temperatura variando na faixa de 20 <198>C a 90 <198>C por 2 a 24 horas, e o segundo estágio sendo realizado na temperatura de 107 <198>C a 130 <198>C durante um tempo igual ou menor que 2 horas.
