Abstract

<B>"PROCESSO DE FORMAçãO DE UM MICROGEL"<D> A presente invenção se refere a um processo de preparação de microgel(éis) que utiliza uma ampla variedade de pré-polímeros ativáveis; no processo, uma composição polimérica de componente reticulado (A) e componentes solúveis (B) e (C) é formada a partir de monómeros mono-olefínicos e multi-olefínicos na presença de catalizador e iniciador; o processo compreende: I) introdução de monómero mono-olefínico, catalisador e iniciador em um reator na ausência de monómero multi-olefínico e produção de um pré-polímero ativável, componente (B); II) contato do produto de I) com monómero multi-olefínico para produzir os componentes (A) e (C), opcionalmente na presença de iniciador adicional; também opcionalmente na presença de iniciador e monómero mono-olefínico adicional; a razão entre os componentes (A)/(B+C) pode ser controlada através da variação da razão molar entre o Componente (B)/monómero multi-olefínico de 0,05/1 até 5/1, através da redução da razão molar para aumentar a razão de (A)/(B+C) e aumentando a razão molar para reduzir a razão de (A)/(B+C).
