Abstract

본 발명은 L-페닐알라닌 메틸 에스테르를 제조하는데 있어서, 황산과 염화무기염을 함게 첨가하여 이들의 반응에 의해 생성된 HCI이 L-페닐알라닌 메틸 에스테르와 반응하여 염산염을 만들고 이때 생긴 물을 무기 황산염과 수화물을 헝성케함으로써 고수율로 L-페닐알라닌 메틸 에스테르 염산염을 만들 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. L-페닐알라닌 메틸 에스테르(L-phenylalaine methyl ester)률 제조하는데 있어서 CaCl2나 MgCl2, 또는 NaCl와 황산을 첨가하여 PM염산염을 제초함을 특징으로 하는 L-페닐알라닌 메틸 에스테르 염산염의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, L-페닐알라닌 메틸에스테르 1몰에 대해 황산을 0.5∼2몰을 사용하며, CaCl2나 MgCl2또는 NaCl를 황산과 1 : 1로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 반응온도를 65∼95℃로 함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
