Abstract

본 발명은 a) (C8-C22) 올레핀 및/또는 임의로 일차 알콜을 함유하는 (C8-C22) 이차 알콜을 황산화제로 황산화하고, b) 단계 a)에서 생성된 디알킬 설페이트 및 알킬 황산으로 구성된 황산화 생성물을 수옹액내 염기로 중화하고, c) 단계 b)의 생성물을 가열하여 디알킬 설페이트를 비누화하고 혼합물로부터 실질적으로 모든 물을 제거하고, 이후, d) 단계 c)의 생성물을 비이온성 유기 희석액 존재하에 주변온도로 냉각시켜 결정화 고cp 생성물을 분리시키고, 및 e) 단계 d)의 결정화 고체 조성물을 회수하고 건조시키거나. 또는 f) 단계 c)의 생성물을 비이온성 유기 희석액 존재하에 글리콜과 접촉시키고 혼합하고, g) 단계 f)에서 형성된 혼합물로 부터 글리콜 및 조성물을 함유한 하층상을 상분리하는 것으로 구성되는, 이차 (C8-C22) 알킬 설페이트로 구성되는 계면활성제 조성물을 제조하는 밤법, 및 그와 같이 제조된 계면활성제 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 이차 (C8-C22) 알킬 설페이트로 구성되는 계면활성제 조성물을 제조하는 방법으로서, 하기로 구성되는 방법 : a) (C8-C22) 올레핀 및/또는 임의로 일차 알콜을 함유하는 (C8-C22) 이차 알콜을 황산화제로 황산화하고, b) 단계 a)에서 생성된 디알킬 설페이트 및 알킬 황산으로 구성된 황산화 생성물을 수용액내 염기로 중화하고, c) 단계 b)의 생성물을 가열하여 디알킬 설페이트를 비누화하고 혼합물로부터 실질적으로 모든 물을 제거하고, 이후, d) 단계 c)의 생성물을 비이온성 유기 희석액 존재하에 주변온도로 냉각시켜 결정화 고체 생성물을 분리시키고, 및 e) 단계 d)의 결정화 고체 조성물을 회수하고 건조시키거나, 또는 f) 단계 c)의 생성물을 비이온성 유기 희석액 존재하에 글리콜과 접촉시키고 혼합하고, g) 단계 f)에서 헝성된 혼합물로 부터 글리콜 및 조성물을 함유한 하층상을 상분리한다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단계 d)의 생성물의 비결정화 부분을 단계 f) 및 g) 방법에 적용하는 방법.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 단계 e)의 회수된 결정화 고체 조성물을 최종 건조 단계 전에 얼음물로 세척하는 방법.
  4. 제1, 2 또는 3에 있어서, 단계 d)를 글리콜 존재하에 수행하는 방법.
  5. 제1-4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 글리콜이 알킬 글리콜, 폴리에테르 글리콜, 글리세린 및 상기의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 글리콜이 프로필렌 글리콘, 에틸렌 글리콘, 디에틸렌 글리콜, 및 부틸렌 글리콘로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  7. 제1-6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비이온성 유기 희석액이 비이온성 지방족 탄화수소, 방향족 탄화수소 및 상기의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 비이온성 유기 희석액이 헵탄, 톨루엔, 이소옥탄, 노난 및 상기의 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  9. 제1-8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비이온성 유기 희석액을 단계 a), 단계 b), 및/또는 단계 c) 중에 첨가하는 방법.
  10. 주변 온도에서 고체이고, 80-99중량%의 이차 (C8-C22) 알킬 설페이트, 20 중량 % 이하의 황산 나트륨, 10 중량% 이하의 대응하는 (C8-C22) 올레핀 및/또는 (C8-C22) 알콜, 및 5 중량% 이하의 물로 구성되는 계면활성제 조성물.
