Abstract

a)임의로 1차 알콜을 함유하는 (C8―C22) 올레핀 및/또는 (C8―C22) 2차 알콜을 황산화제로 황산화시키는 단계, b)단계 a)에서 생성된 황산 알킬 및 디알킬 설페이트를 포함하는 황산화 생성물을 수용액내 염기로 중화시키는 단계, c)디알킬 설페이트를 비누화하고 혼합물로부터 모든 물을 실질적으로 제거하기 위해 단계 b)의 생성물을 가열하는 단계, d)비이온성 유기 희석액의 존재하에 단계 c)의 생성물을 주위 온도로 식힘으로써 결정화된 고체 조성물을 분리시키는 단계, 및 e)단계 d)의 결정화된 고체 조성물을 회수시키고 건조시키는 단계로 구성되며, 상기에서 비이온성의 유기희석액은 단계 d)전에 어느 시점에서 첨가되고 제올라이트는 단계 c)및/또는 단계 d)에서 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 (C8―C22)알킬설페이트를 포함하는 계면활성제 조성물 제조 방법, 및 그렇게 제조된 계면활성제 조성물.

Claims (5)

  1. 하기 a)―e)단계로 구성되는 2차 (C8―C22)알킬 설페이트를 포한하는 계면활성제 조성물의 제조방법으로서, a)임의로 1차 알콜을 함유하는 (C8―C22) 올레핀 및/또는 (C8―C22) 2차 알콜을 황산화제로 황산화시키는 단계, b)단계 a)에서 생성된 황산 알킬 및 디알킬 설페이트를 포함하는 황산화 생성물을 수용액내 염기로 중화시키는 단계, c)디알킬 설페이트를 비누화하고 혼합물로부터 모든 물을 실질적으로 제거하기 위해 단계 b)의 생성물을 가열하는 단계, d)비이온성 유기 희석액의 존재하에 단계 c)의 생성물을 주위 온도로 식힘으로써 결정화된 고체 조성물을 분리시키는 단계, 및 e)단계 d)의 결정화된 고체 조성물을 회수시키고 건조시키는 단계, 비이온성 유기 희석액은 단계 d)전에 어느 시점에서 첨가되고, 제올라이트는 단계 c) 및/또는 단계 d)에서 첨가되는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제올라이트가 제올라이트 A, 제올라이트 X, 제올라이트 Y 및 그의 혼합물로 구성되는군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 제올라이트가 제올라이트 A인 방법
  4. 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 단계e)에서 회수된 고체2차 알킬 설페이트―함유 계면활성제 조성물은 25―75% wt 2차 알킬 설페이트 및 75―25% wt의 제올라이트를 함유하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에서 청구된 바와 같은 방법에 의해 얻어질 수 있는, 80―99% wt의 2차 (C8―C22)알킬 설페이트 및 제올라이트; 20% wt이하의 황산나트륨; 10% wt이하의 상응하는 (C8―C22)올레핀 및/또는 (C8―C22)알콜, 및 5% wt의 물로 구성되는, 주위 온도에서 고체인 계면활성제 조성물.
