Abstract
본 발명은 일반식(Ⅰ)의 염에 관한 것이다:
상기식에서, X는 구조식(Ⅱ)의 그룹
이고, Y는 구조식(Ⅲ)의 그룹
이며, R은 -SO3H 그룹의 제거후 탄소수가 3 이상인 지방족 또는 지환족 설폰사의 잔기이다.

Claims (24)
- 일반식 (I)의 염 :상기식에서, X는 구조식(Ⅱ)의 그룹이고, Y는 구조식(Ⅲ)의 그룹이며, R은 -SO3H 그룹의 제거후 탄소수가 3 이상인 지방족 또는 지환족 설폰산의 관기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R의 탄소수가 6 이상인 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, R의 탄소수가 6 내지 20 인 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, R의 탄소수가 6 내지 12 인 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, R의 탄소수가 8 내지 12 인 염.
- 제1항에 있어서, R의 탄소수가 8 내지 10 인 염.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R이 -S03H 그룹 제거후의 하이드로카빌 설폰산의 잔기인 염.
- 제7항에 있어서, 설폰산이 알칸설폰산인 염.
- 제8항에 있어서, 설폰산이 헥산-1-설폰산, 옥탄-1-설폰산, 데칸-1-설폰산 또는 도데칸-1-설폰산인 염.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R이 -S03H 그룹 제거후의 탄소수 3 이상의 지방족 또는 지환족 설폰산의 잔기인 일반식 RS03H 설폰산의 추가의 수용성 염과 혼합된 일반식(I)의 염.
- 제10항에 있어서, R이 제2항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에서 정의한 바와 같은 염.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 추가의 염이 알칼리 금속염인 염.
- 제10항, 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 추가의 염이 일반식(I)의 염의 50 중랑% 이하의 양으로 존재하는 염.
- 활성성분으로서 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 따른 염 또는 데스페리옥사민-B 메탄설포네이트와 R이 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에서 정의한 바와 같은 일반식 RS03H 산의 수용성 염과의 혼합물을 포함하는 약제학적 조성물.
- 제14항에 있어서, 수용성 염이 알칼리 금속염인 조성물.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, 수용성 염이 데스페리옥사민-B 메탄설포네이트의 50중량% 이하의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
- 제14항, 제15항 또는 제16항에 있어서, 경구 투여를 위한 조성물.
- 제14항 내지 제17항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 약제학적으로 허용되는 부형제를 추가로 포함하는 조성물.
- 온혈동물의 치료방법에 사용하기 위한 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 따른 염, 또는 제14항 내지 제16항중 어느 한 항에서 정의한 바와 같은 데스페리옥사민-B 메탄설포네이트와 일반식 RS03H 산의 수용성 염과의 혼합물.
- 알루미늄 과다증, 알쯔하이머 질환, 말라리아, 재관류 손상 또는 암 치료용 약제학적 조성물을 제조하기 위한 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 따른 염, 또는 제14항 내지 제16항중 어느 한 항에서 정의한 바와 같은 데스페리옥사민-B 메탄설포네이트와 일반식 RS03H 산의 수용성염과의 혼합물의 용도.
- 철-과다 질환 치료용 약제학적 조성물을 제조하기 위한 제1항 내지 제13항중 어느 한 항에 따른 염, 또는 제14항 내지 제16항중 어느 한 항에서 정의한 바와 같은 데스페리옥사민-B 메탄설포네이트와 일반식 RS03H 산의 수용성염과의 혼합물의 용도.
- 알루미늄 과다증. 알쯔하이머 질환, 말라리아. 재관류 손상, 암 또는 철-과다 질환의 치료가 필요한 온혈동물에게 제1항에 따른 염 또는 제14항에 따른 약제학적 조성물을 투여하는 단계를 포함하여, 알루미늄 과다증, 알쯔하이머 질환, 말라리아, 재관류 손상, 암 또는 철-과다 질환을 치료하는 방법.
- 데스페리옥사민-B를 R이 -SO3H그룹 제거후 탄소수가 3 이상인 지방족 또는 지환족 설폰산의 잔기를 나타내는 일반식 RS03H의 산, 또는 이의 염-형성 유도체와 반응시키는 단계를 포함하여, 제1항에 따른 염을 제조하는 방법.
- 데스페리옥사민-B 메탄설포네이트와 R이 제1항 내지 제9항에서 정의한 바와 같은 일반식 RS03H 설폰산의 수용성 염과 혼합하는 단계를 포함하여 약제학적 조성물을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
