Abstract
본 발명은 요석증에서 결석형성 요산염의 조성물을 결정하고 그리고 결성형성 과정의 정도를 평가하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 뇨시료에 수용성 단백질 용액을 각각 9:1, 7:1, 5:1의 비율로 첨가하고; 수득된 혼합물을 매끈한 표면에 적하시켜 적어도 24시간 건조 시키고; 뇨시료의 가장자리 부위에 염결정 특징을 조사하고, 하나의 결정이 형성되거나, 결정이 뭉쳐져 있거나 또는 가장자리에 완전히 결정이 형성된 경우 각각 결석형성 과정을 하,중,상으로 판단하고, 결정형성 조성물을 조사하고, 동시에 동일 뇨시료의 중앙부분의 염조성물을 조사하여 결석형성 요산염의 구성을 결정하기 위해 두 조성물을 비교하는 단계로 구성된다.

Claims (4)
- 요석중에서 결석형성 요산염의 조성물을 결정하고 그리고 결석형성 과정의 정도를 평가하기 위한 방법에 있어서 뇨시료에 수용성 단백질 용액을 각각 9:1, 7:1, 5:1의 비율로 첨가하고; 수득된 혼합물을 매끈한 표면에 적하시켜 적어도 24시간 건조시키고; 뇨시료의 가장자리 부위에 염결정 특징을 조사하고, 하나의 결정이 형성되거나, 결정이 뭉쳐져 있거나 또는 가장자리에 완전히 결정이 형성된 경우 각각 결석형성 과정을 하,중,상으로 판단하고, 결정형성 조성물을 조사하고, 동시에 동일 뇨시료의 중앙부분의 염조성물을 조사하여 결석형성 요산염의 구성을 결정하기 위해 두 조성물을 비교하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 단백질이 용액이 8-12% 수용성 알부민 용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 단백질 용액과 뇨시료를 혼합하여 형성된 혼합물의 적하방울은 적어도 24시간 실온에서 건조시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1-3항에 있어서, 결정형성의 기본구성을 결정하는데 X-레이 스펙트럼 마이크로분석이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
