Abstract
하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 신규하고 가치있는 옥사자보롤리딘 촉매의 촉매량을 활용하므로써 프로키랄 케톤의 광학적으로 순수한 알콜로의 보란 환원을 효과적으로 이룩한다;

Claims (11)
- 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 키랄 1,3,2-옥사자보롤리딘:상기식에서, R1은 수소, (C1-C8)알킬, 벤질, 페닐 또는 1내지 3개의 (C1-C8)알킬, (C1-C8)알콕시 또는 할로로 치환된 페닐이고; R2및 R3는 syn이고, 각각 독립적으로 페닐 또는 1내지 3개의 (C1-C8)알킬, (C1-C8)알콕시 또는 할로로 치환되는 페닐이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, C4탄소원자가 R배위를 갖고, C5탄소원자가 S배위를 갖는 키랄 옥사자보를리딘.
- 제2항에 있어서, R2및 R3가 각각 페닐인 키랄 오가자보롤리딘.
- 제3항에 있어서, R1이 메틸인 키랄 옥사자보롤리딘.
- 제1항에 있어서, C4탄소원자가 S배위를 갖고, C5탄소원자가 R배위를 갖는 키랄 옥사자보롤리딘.
- 제5항에 있어서, R2및 R3가 각각 페닐인 키랄 옥사자보롤리딘.
- 제6항에 있어서, R1이 메틸인 키랄 옥사자보롤리딘,
- 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물:상기 식에서, R1은 수소, (C1-C8)알킬, 벤질, 페닐 또는 1내지 3개의 (C1-C8)알킬, (C1-C8)알콕시 또는 할로로 치환된 페닐이고; R2및 R3는 syn이고, 각각 독립적으로 페닐 또는 1내지 3개의 (C1-C8)알킬, (C1-C8)알콕시 또는 할로로 치환되는 페닐이다.
- 제8항에 있어서, R1이 메틸이고, R2및 R3가 각각 페닐이고, C4탄소원자가 R배위를 갖고, C5탄소원자가 S배위를 갖는 화합물.
- 제8항에 있어서, R1이 메틸이고, R2및 R3가 각각 페닐이고, C4탄소원자가 S배위를 갖고, C5탄소원자가 R배위를 갖는 화합물.
- 제1항에 따르는 키랄 옥사자피롤리딘의 존재하에 프로키랄 케톤을 보란 환원제와 반응시킴을 포함하는, 상기 프로키랄 케톤을 실질적으로 거울상이성실체적으로 순수한 알콜로 입체선택적으로 환원시키는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
