Abstract

안정성과 펌핑성이 개선된, 아실옥시 알칸 설폰산염, 파라핀, 물, 임의의 염 반응물 및 임의의 지방산을 포함하는 액체 조성물이 제조된다. 또한, 온도 및 입자 크기를 이용하는 이러한 조성물의 제조방법 및 저장방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 조성물, 조성물의 제조방법 및 저장방법은 개선된 저장 안정성, 펌핑성 및 조성물을 최종 봉 제형내로 혼입하기 위한 가공 시간의 단축을 제공한다.

Claims (10)

  1. (a) 아시옥실 알칸 설폰산염 20% 내지 60%; (b) 파라핀 2% 내지 50%; (c) 물 20% 내지 55%; (d) 염 반응물 0% 내지 7%; 및 (e) 임의의 지방산 5% 내지 25% 를 포함하고, 조성물의 온도가 100℉(38℃) 내지 160℉(71℃)이며, 결정성 성분의 입자 크기는 50㎛ 미만이고, pH는 5 내지 7.5 인 펌핑 가능한 안정한 액체 조성물.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분 (a)가 35% 내지 405, 성분 (b)가 6% 내지 10%, 성분(c)가 35% 내지 45%, 성분(d)가 4% 내지 6% 및 성분(e)가 6% 내지 12%인 조성물.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 성분(a)가 나트륨 코코일 이세티오네이트이고 성분(b)가 융점이 158℉(70℃)인 파라핀이고 성분(c)가 나트륨 이세티오네이트인 조성물.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 성분(a)가 C6-C18아실옥시 이세티오네이트 염이고, 성분(e)가 C6-C18지방산인 조성물.
  5. (a) 사용할 지방산 및 파라핀을 이들의 융점 이상까지 가열하고; (b) 아실옥시 알칸 설폰산염, 염반응물, 및 물을 단계(a)의 혼합물에 가하고; (c) 조성물의 온도를 100℉(38℃) 내지 160℉(71℃)로 조성하고; 액체 결정성 성분에 대해 50㎛미만의 입자 크기를 형성하기 위해, 조성물을 6ses-1내지 30,000ses-1, 바람직하게는 60ses-1내지 9,000ses-1, 의 전단속도로 계속하여 혼합되는 단계를 포함하여 제 1 항에 따른 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
  6. 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 온도 또는 조성된 조성물 온도가 115℉(46℃) 내지 140℉(60℃)이고 입자크기가 20㎛미만인 조성물 또는 제조방법.
  7. 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 온도 또는 조성된 조성물 온도가 115℉(46℃)내지 125℉(52℃)이고 입자크기가 10㎛미만인 조성물 또는 제조방법.
  8. 제 5 항에 있어서, 지방산 및 파라핀을 함께 가한 다음, 이들의 융점 이상까지 가열하는 방법.
  9. (a) 조성물의 입자 크기를 50㎛ 미만으로 유지하고; (b) 조성물의 온도를 115℉(46℃)내지 125℉(52℃), 바람직하게는 120℉(49℃)로 유지하는 단계를 포함하여 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물을 저장하는 방법.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서, 목적한 입자 크기를 필요한 고전단 혼합을 적용시킴으로써 유지하는 방법.
