Abstract
본 발명은 스크림(11) 지지체에 니들-펀칭된, 정전기적으로 하전된 섬유의 부직 웹(10)에 관한 것이다. 이 웹(10)은 압력-강화, 기본 중량 및 여과 성능 면에서 균일성이 증가된 필터 매체를 제공한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 방법에 따른 바람직한 공정 설비를 도식적으로 나타낸 것이다, 제 2도는 본 발명의 필터 및 스크림을 사용하지 않은 대조용 필터에 있어서 세가지 특성의 변화 계수 감소율 대 공칭 기본 중량의 그라프이다.
Claims (14)
- a) 정전기적으로 하전된 유전성 섬유를 제공하고, b) 정전기적으로 하전된 섬유를 1개 이상의 부직 필터 웹(10)으로 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 일렉트렛 부직 필터 웹의 제조방법에 있어서, c) 1개 이상의 필터 웹을 보강 스크림(11)에 결합시키고, d) 1개 이상의 필터 웹(10)과 보강 스크림(11)을 니들 펀칭(5)하여 전체 웹에서 균일한 특성을 갖는 필터 웹(12)을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 일렉트렛 부직 필터 웹의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 정전기적으로 하전된 섬유가 정전기적으로 하전된 웹의 피브릴화에 의해 제조되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 섬유가 실질적으로 직사각형 단면을 갖는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 보강 스크림(11)이 2개의 외부 필터 웹 층(10,10′) 사이의 내부 층인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1개 이상의 부직 필터 웹(10)이 카딩에 의해 제조되는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 카딩된 필터웹(10을 스크림 보강재(12)와 결합시키기 전에 랜덤화시키는 것을 더 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 섬유가 폴리프로필렌 중합체 또는 공중합체 섬유이고, 스크림 보강재가 스펀본딩된 폴리프로필렌 중합체 또는 공중합체인 부직물인 방법.
- 정전기적으로 하전된 유전성 섬유의 1개 이상의 부직 필터 웹(10)이 니들 펀칭에 의해 보강 스크림(11)에 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 웹(10)을 포함하는 균일한 일렉트렛 부직 필터.
- 제8항에 있어서, 유전성 섬유가 필름 형성 중합체의 정전기적으로 하전된 필름으로부터 피브릴화된 일렉트렛 부직 필터.
- 제9항에 있어서, 섬유가 폴리프로필렌 중합체 또는 공중합체인 일렉트렛 부직 필터.
- 제8항에 있어서, 보강 스크림(11)이 2개의 부직 필터 웹 외부 층(10,10′) 사이의 중심 층인 일렛트렛 부직 필터.
- 제8항에 있어서, 부직 필터 웹(10)이 카딩된 웹인 일렉트렛 부직 필터.
- 제12항에 있어서, 부직 필터 웹(10)이 랜덤화된 일렉트렛 부직 필터.
- 제8항에 있어서, 부직 웹 물질이 120g/㎡미만의 총 기본 중량을 갖는 일렉트렛 부직 필터.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
