Abstract
본 발명은 면내의 리타데이션 값이 50∼300nm이며,(면내의 리타데이션 값)/(두께 방향의 리타데이션 값)의 비가 0.5이상, 1.5이하인 열가소성 수지로 이루어지는 이 위상차 필름을 사용하는 적층위상차 필름에 관한 것이다.

Claims (10)
- 면내의 리타데이션(retardation)값이 50∼300nm이며, (면내의 리타데이션 값)/(두께방향의 리타데이션 값)의 비가 0.5이상 1.8이하인 열가소성수지로 이루어지는 위상차 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지가 폴리카오보네이트 수지 또는 폴리술폰수지인 위상차 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 면내의 리타데이션 값이 80∼200nm인 위상차 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 위상차 필름이 열가소성수지 필름을 ①하기온도 범위에서 예열하고,Tg〈 Tp≤(Tg+100℃)(Tg: 열가소성 수지의 유리전이 온도), (Tp : 예열온도)② 하기온도 범위에서 연신축과 직교하는 방향에 있어서의 길이의 수축을 일으키지 않도록 한 상태에서 변형속도 150%/분∼1000%/분, 연신배율 2∼3배로 1축 연신하고,Tg〈Ts≤(Tg+100℃)(Ts : 연신온도)③ 하기온도 범위에서 열처리 하여(Ts-50℃)≤Ths≤Ts(Ths: 열처리 온도), 수득된 것임을 특징으로 하는 위상차 필름.
- 열가소성 수지 필름을① 하기온도 범위에서 예열하고,Tg〈Ts≤(Tg+100℃)(Tg: 열가소성 수지의 유리전이 온도), (Tp: 예열온도)②하기온도 범위에서 연신축과 직교하는 방향에 있어서의 길이의 수축을 일으키지 않도록 하여 변형속도 150%/분∼1000%/분, 연신 배율 2∼3배로 1축 연신하고,Tg〈Ts≤(Tg+100℃)(Ts: 연신온도)③ 하기온도 범위에서 열처리 하는(Ts-50℃)≤Ths≤Ts(Ths: 열처리 온도), 것을 특징으로 하는, 면내의 리타데이션 값이 50∼300nm이며, (면내의 리타데이션값)/(두께 방향의 리타데이션 값)의 비가 0.5 이상 1.8 이하인 위상차 필름의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 연신 축방향의 길이를 수축율 10% 이하로 수축시키면서 열처리를 실시함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지 필름이 용제 캐스트법에 의해 수득된 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지가 폴리카아보네이트 수지 또는 폴리술폰수지인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 면내의 리타데이션 값이 80∼200nm인 방법.
- 면내의 리타데이션 값이 50∼300nm이며, (면내의 리타데이션 값)/(두께 방향의 리타데이션 값)의 비가 0.5 이상, 1.8 이하인 열가소성 수지 필름으로 이루어지는 위상차 필름1매 또는 2매 이상과 무기층상 화합물층으로 이루어지는 위상차 필름1매 또는 2매 이상이 적층된 (면내의 리타데이션 값)/(두께 방향의 리타데이션값)의 비가 0.03 이상 0.3미만인 적층위상차 필름.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
