Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 하기:-4가 금속 산화물, -양쪽성 산계, -희석제를 함유하는 졸에 관한 것이다. 이졸은 양쪽성 산계가 산성 수소를 함유하는 원자의 α,β,γ, 또는 δ에 1이상의 사슬을 함유하는 탄소수11~50인 1이상의 산을 함유하는 것으로 정의한다.

Claims (23)

  1. -4가 금속 산화물 입자, -양쪽성 산계, -희석제를 함유하는 졸에 있어서, 상기 입자의 d90이 200nm 이하이며, 하기와 같은 특징의 1이상을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 졸.
    -상기 4가 금속 산화물의 입자가 미결정의 응집물의 형태이며, 바람직하게는 이산화세륨이며, 광도 계수법(고해상 투과 전자현미 기술)으로 측정한 미결정의 d80,유리하게는 d90이 5nm이하이고, 응집물의 90 중량%이 1~5 및 바람직하게는 1~3 미결정을 함유하고, -상기 양쪽성 산계는 산성 수소를 수반하는 원자의 α,β,γ, 또는 δ에 1이상의 측쇄를 함유하는 탄소수11~50인 1이상의 산을 함유한다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 응집물의 50 증량%(통계치) 이상이 단일 결정성임을 특징으로 하는 졸.
  3. 제1항에 내지 제2항에 있어서, 미결정의 80 증량%, 바람직하게는 90증량%의 크기가 2~5nm ,바람직하게는 3~4nm 이하임을 특징으로 하는 졸.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항에 있어서, 졸의 금속 성분에 대한 양쪽성 산의 몰비가 0.5 이하임을 특징으로 하는 졸.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, 세륨(Ⅳ)에 대한 잔류 세륨(Ⅲ)함량이 가능한 한 낮고, 일반적으로 1.5%이하, 유리하게는 1% 이하, 바람직하게는 1/2%이하임을 특징으로 하는 졸.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서, 함유된 이산화세륨 함량(불순물 포함)이 20~60중량 %, 바람직하게는 30~50 증량%임을 특징으로 하는 졸.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항에 있어서, 졸의 점도가 1㎖를 흐르는데 0.5 이하가 소요되는 정도임을 특징으로 하는 졸
  8. 제1항 내지 제5항 및 제7항에 있어서,농도가 10~500ppm, 바람직하게는 50~200ppm임을 특징으로 하는 졸.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항에 있어서, 유기층이 디젤 오일 및 그의 첨가제로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 졸.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항에 있어서, 양쪽성 산이 산의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 졸.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항에 있어서, 양쪽성 산계의 산의 평균 탄소수가 10이상 바람직하게는 10~25임을 특징으로 하는 졸
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항에 있어서, 양쪽성 산계의 산의 1이상이 5이하, 바람직하게는 4,5 이하의 작은 pka를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 졸.
  13. 제1항 내지 제12항에 있어서, 1이상의 사슬을 함유하는 산의 측쇄가 탄소수 2이상, 바람직하게는 3 이상임을 특징으로 하는 졸.
  14. 제1항 내지 제13항에 있어서, 양쪽성 산계가 이소스테아르산을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 졸.
  15. 제1항 내지 제14항에 있어서, 양쪽성 산계가 인산의 디에스테르임을 특징으로 하는 졸
  16. 제1항 내지 제15항에 있어서, 양쪽성 산계의 개시 융점이 50℃이하, 유리하게는 20℃이하, 바람직하게는 0℃이하임을 특징으로 하는 졸.
  17. 제1항 내지 제16항에 있어서, 4가 산화물 입지의 5 중량%이하, 유리하게는 1중량%이하, 바람직하게는 0.5 중량%이하의 크기가 0.1㎛ 이상, 유리하게는 0.05㎛ 이상, 바람직하게는 0.02㎛ 이상임을 특징으로 하는 졸.
  18. 제1항 내지 제17항에 있어서, 희석제가 방향족 탄화수소를 50%이하, 바람직하게는 1/5 이하로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 졸.
  19. 통상적 연료와 제1항 내지 제18항 중 한 항에 따른 졸을 혼합시켜 수득함을 특징으로 하는 내부 연소엔진용 연료.
  20. 디젤 엔진용 디젤 오일의 보조제용 제1항 내지 제18항에 정의된 졸.
  21. a) 세륨 함유 수층을 가수분해시켜 이산화 세륨을 침전시키고 (광범위한 의미); b) (a) 단계에서 생성된 이산화 세륨 현탁액을 유기산 및 바람직하게는 유기 혼합물 또는 용매로서 작용하는 화합물을 함유하는 유기층과 동시에 또는 연속적으로 접촉시키고: c) 유기층을 회수하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제20항에 정의된 유기 매질중의 세륨(Ⅳ)화합물 및 임의로 산성 금속 양이온의 콜로이드성 분산액의 제조 방법.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 열가수분해로 공지된 열처리(a) 를 수행하는 온도가 80℃~ 반응 혼합물의 임계 온도임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  23. 제21항 또는 제22항에 있어서, 용매로서 작용하는 유기 혼합물이 디젤 오일을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법
