Abstract

본 발명은 수송성이 개선되고 우수한 외관의 필름을 얻을 수 있는 분말 코팅에 관한 것이다.본 발명의 분말 코팅은 20㎛이하의 입자직경 분포의 표준 편차로 20-50㎛의 용적 평균 입자 직경을 갖는 필름-형성 수지로 이루어짐을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (14)

  1. 20㎛이하의 입자 직경 분포의 표준 편차로 20-50㎛의 용적 평균 입자 직경을 갖는 필름-형성 수지로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 분말 코팅.
  2. 16㎛이하의 입자 직경 분포의 표준 편차로 20-50㎛의 용적 평균 입자 직경을 갖는 필름-형성 수지로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 분말 코팅.
  3. 13㎛이하의 입자 직경 분포의 표준 편차로 20-50㎛의 용적 평균 입자 직경을 갖는 필름-형성 수지로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 분말 코팅.
  4. 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,분말 코팅을 구성하는 가장 큰 입자의 입자 직경이 90㎛이하임을 특징으로 하는 분말 코팅.
  5. 제4항에 있어서,분말 코팅을 구성하는 가장 작은 입자의 입자 직경이 1㎛이상임을 특징으로 하는 분말 코팅.
  6. 제1 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,필름-형성 수지가 비닐수지,폴리에틸렌 수지 및 폴리아미드 수지로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 성분임을 특징으로 하는 분말 코팅.
  7. 제1 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,필름-형성 수지가 에폭시 수지,열경화성 아크릴 수지,및 열경화성 폴리에스테르 수지로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 성분이며 경화제 및 경화 촉진제 중 적어도 하나를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 분말 코팅.
  8. 제7항에 있어서,필름-형성 수지 100중량부를 기초로 하여 5-80 중량부의 경화제 및 필름-형성 수지 100중량부를 기초로 하여 0.1-5중량부의 경화 촉진제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 분말 코팅.
  9. 제1 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,이산화 티탄,적색 산화철,황색 산화철,카본 블랙,프탈로시아닌 블루,프탈로시아닌 그린 및 퀸아크리돈 레드로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 색소를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 분말 코팅.
  10. 제9항에 있어서,분말 코팅100중량부를 기초로 하여 1-80중량부의 색소를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 분말 코팅.
  11. 제1 내지 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,분말 코팅을 구성하는 각 입자가 상기 필름-형성 수지 부분을 함유하는 제1입자 및 상기 제1입자 표면에 위치한 제2입자의 혼합물로 이루어지며,상기 제2입자는 상기 필름-형성 수지의 나머지를 함유하는 50-150℃의 유리 전이 온도를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 분말 코팅.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 제2입자가 0.001-10㎛의 용적 평균 입자 직경을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 분말 코팅.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 제2입자의 양이 분말 코팅 100 중량부를 기초로 하는 0.05-35 중량부의 비율임을 특징으로 하는 분말 코팅.
  14. 제11항에 있어서,제2입자가 비닐 수지,아크릴 수지,에폭시 수지,폴리에스테르 수지 및 멜라민 수지로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 성분으로 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 분말 코팅.
