Abstract
본 발명은 기재에 열가소성 도료를 적용한 후 광택 안료 또는 광택 안료 혼합물의 도료 및 경우에 따라 투명도료를 적용하는, 광택안료를 함유하는 중합체를 기재 물질에 도포하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (7)
- 열가소성이거나 또는 적용직후에도 잠시 열가소성인 도료를 기재에 먼저 적용한 다음 분말 형태의 광택 안료의 도료 및 추가로 경우에 따라 투명 도료를 적용한 후, 연속하여 잠시 열가소성인 도료 또는 2가지 도료를 모두 용융시키고, 경우에 따라 경화시킴을 특징으로 하는, 광택 안료를 함유하는 중합체를 기재 물질에 도포하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도료가 0.1 내지 20g/㎡의 광택 안료를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 초기에 잠시 열가소성인 도료를 50 내지 250℃의 온도에서 용융시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 초기에 잠시 열가소성인 도료가 분말 도료임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 도료가 분말 도료임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 사기 광택 안료가 진주 광택 안료임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 광택 안료가 금속 효과 안료임을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
