Abstract

본 발명은 필름의 길이방향의 두께 변이가 5% 이하이고 두께 변이의 파형을 푸리에 변환으로 해석했을때 파수영역이 0.15∼0.45(1/m)인 파수성분의 스펙트럼강도 합(Pw1)과 전체 파스영역의 스펙트럼강도 합(PwT)의 비(Pw1/PwT)가 0.20 이하이며, 필름의 길이방향의 두께 변이가 5% 이하이고 파수영역이 1.00∼2.00(1/m)인 파수성분의 스펙트럼강도 합(Pw2)과 전체 파수영역의 스펙트럼강도 합(PwT)의 비(Pw2/PWT)가 0.15 이하인 열가소성 수지필름과 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 필름은 두께의 균일성이 크게 개선되며, 2차 가공에서 비틀어지거나 주름이 지는 등의 결함을 방지할 수 있다.

Claims (18)

  1. 필름의 길이방향의 두께의 변이가 5% 이하이고 상기한 두께 변이의 파형을 푸리에변환으로 해석했을때 파수영역이 0.15∼0.45(1/m)인 파수성분의 스펙트럼강도 합(Pw1)가 전체 파수영역의 스펙트럼강도 합(PwT)의 비(Pw1/PwT)가 0.20 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 필름
  2. 필름의 길이방향의 두께 변이가 5% 이하이고 상기한 두께 변이의 파형을 푸리에 변환으로 해석했을때 파수영역이 1.00∼2.00(1/m)이 파수성분의 스펙트럼강도 합(Pw2)과 전체 파수영역의 스펙트럼강도 합(PwT)의 비(Pw2/PwT)가 0.15이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지필름.
  3. 필름의 길이방향의 두께 변이가 5% 이하이고 상기한 두께 변이의 파형을 푸리에 변환으로 해석했을때 파수영역이 0.15∼0.45(1/m)인 파수성분의 스펙트럼강도 합(Pw1)가 전체 파수영역의 스펙트럼강도 합(PwT)의 비(Pw1/PwT)가 0.20 이하이고 파수영역이 1.00∼2.00(1/m)인 파수성분의 스펙트럼강도 합(Pw2)과 전체 파수영역의 스펙트럼강도 합(PwT)의 비(Pw2/PwT)가 0.15 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지필름.
  4. 열가소성수지를 용해종료온도(Tme) 이하로 가열용융하여 금형에 공급하고 금형내의 매니폴드에서 폭방향으로 확대한 후, 금형의 랜드부에서 냉각에 의해 일어나는 결정화시작온도(Tcb) 이상 용해종료온도(Tme) 이하로 수지를 냉각하여 압출하는 것에 의해 얻어진 필름의 길이 방향의 두께 변이가 5% 이하이고 상기한 두께 변이의 파형을 푸리에변환으로 해석했을때 파승영역이 0.15∼0.45(1/m)인 파수성분의 스펙트럼강도합(Pw1)과 잔체 파수영역의 스펙트럼강도 합(PwT)의 비(Pw1/PwT)가 0.20 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지필름.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기한 두께 변이의 파형을 푸리에변환으로 해석할때, 파수영역이 1.00∼2.00(1/m)인 파수성분의 스펙트럼강도 합(Pw2)과 전체 파수영역의 스펙트럼 강도 합(PwT)의 비(Pw2/PwT)가 0.15 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지필름.
  6. 제1항∼제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 필름의 F-5값이 20kg/㎟ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지필름.
  7. 제1항∼5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 필름의 열가소성 수지가 폴리에스터 또는 폴리에스터공중합체 또는 그 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지필름.
  8. 제1항∼제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기한 필름이 1축 또는 2축배향필름인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지필름.
  9. 용해종료온도(Tme) 이상의 온도에서 열가소성수지를 가열용융한 후, 금형에 공급하는 단계와, 상기한 금형내의 매니폴드에서 폭방향으로 확대하는 단계와, 금형의 랜드부에서 냉각에 의해 일어나는 결정화시작온도(Tcb) 이상 용해종료온도(Tme) 이하로 수지를 냉각하는 단계와, 금형으로부터수지를 압출하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 필름의 제조방법.
  10. 용해종료온도(Tme) 이상의 온도에서 열가소성수지를 가열용융한후, 금형에 공급하는 단계와, 상기한 금형내의 매니폴드에서 폭방향으로 확대하는 단계와, 금형의랜드부에서 냉각에 의해 일어나는 결정화시작온도(Tcb) 이상 용해종료온도(Tme) 이하로 수지를 냉각하는 단계와, 금형으로부터 수지를 압출하는 단계와, 10이상의 드래프트비로 냉각드럼에 필름을 캐스트하는 단계로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 필름의 제조방법.
  11. 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기한 캐스트필름의 복굴절이 0.0002∼0.0100인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지필름의 제조방법.
  12. 제9항 또는 10항에 있어서, 상기한 캐스트필름이 1축 또는 2축으로 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지필름의 제조방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 연신변형과 연신응력이 1대1 대응하는 상태로 상기한 캐스트 필름이 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지필름의 제조방법.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 상기한 캐스트필름을 예비연신하여 복굴절을 0.002∼0.040으로 한 후에, 예비연신필름을 주연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지필름의 제조방법.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 필름의 결정화도를 0.5%∼25%로 한후에, 상기한 캐스트필름을 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지필름의 제조방법.
  16. 제12항에 있어서, 연신후의 필름의 길이방향의 두께 변이가 5% 이하이고 상기한 두께 변이의 파형을 푸리에변환으로 해석했을때 파수영역이 1.00∼2.00(1/m)인 파수성분의 스펙트럼강도 합(Pw2)과 전체 파수영역의 스펙트럼강도 합(PwT)의 비(Pw2/PwT)가 0.15 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지필름의 제조방법.
  17. 제12항에 있어서, 연신후의 필름이 F-5값이 20kg/㎟ 이상인 열가소성 수지필름의제조방법.
  18. 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기한 필름의 열가소성 수지가 폴리에스터 또는 폴리에스터공중합체 또는 그 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지필름의 제조방법
