Abstract

본 발명은 폴리디엔계 폴리올, 피마자유를 함유하며, 하기 a) 및 b)를 얻기에 충분한 양의 피마자유를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머 제형물에 관한 것이다: a)-20℃ 이상인 전술한 제형물의 유리전이온도 Tg에서 측정한, 0.2 이상인 탄젠트 델타 tg δ 및 b) 30A 내지 80D의 쇼어(Shore)경도.
본 발명은 또한 상기 제형물의 샌드위치 금속판 또는 도금판용 감폭 수지로서의 용도에 관한 것이다.

Claims (18)

1종 이상의 폴리디엔계 폴리올, 피마자유, 필요에 따라 1종 이상의 저분자량 폴리올, 및 2개 이상의 이소시아네이트 관능기를 갖는 1종 이상의 폴리이소시아네이트를 함유하며, 하기 a) 및 b)를 얻기에 충분한 양의 피마자유를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 엘라스토머 제형물.
a)-20℃이상인 전술한 제형물의 유리전이온도 Tg에서 측정한 0.2 이상인 탄젠트 델타 tg δ, 및 b)표준 DIN 53505에 따라 측정한, 30A 내지 80D의 쇼어(Shore) 경도.
제1항에 있어서, tg δ가 0.5 내지 1.5임을 특징으로 하는 제형물.
제1항에 있어서, 쇼어 경도가 50A 내지 60D임을 특징으로 하는 제형물.
제1항에 있어서, 피마자유는 리시놀산, 올레인산, 리놀렌산, 스테아르산, 디히드로스테아르산의 글리세라이드들의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 제형물.
제4항에 있어서, 피마자유는 85% 이상의 리시놀산 글리세라이드를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제형물.
제1내지 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리디엔계 폴리올 100중량 부당 25중량부 이상의 피마자유를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제형물.
제6항에 있어서, 폴리디엔계 폴리올 100중량부당 50 내지 150 중량부의 피마자유를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제형물.
제1항에 있어서, 폴리디엔계 폴리올 히드록시텔레셀계 공액 디엔 올리고머임을 특징으로 하는 제형물.
제8항에 있어서, 공액 디엔이 부타디엔임을 특징으로 하는 제형물.
제1항에 있어서, 폴리디엔계 폴리올이 7000 이하의 수평균 분자량을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 제형물.
제10항에 있어서, 폴리디엔계 폴리올이 1000 내지 3000의 수평균 분자량을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 제형물.
제1항에 있어서, 폴리디엔계 폴리올이 1 내지 5의 관능도를 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 제형물.
제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트임을 특징임을 하는 제형물.
제13항에 있어서, 방향족 폴리이소시아네이트가 액형 변성 NDI임을 특징으로 하는 제형물.
제1항에 있어서, 1종 이상의 저분자량 폴리올을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 제형물.
제15항에 있어서, 폴리올이 50 내지 800의 분자량을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 제형물.
제15항에 있어서, 폴리디엔계 폴리올 100중량부당 100중량부 이하의 1종 이상의 저분자량 폴리올을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 제형물.
샌드위치 금속판 또는 도금판용 감폭 수지로서 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 제1항내지 제17항중 어느 한 항에 따른 제형물.
