Abstract
본 발명은 주결정상으로 니킬 스피넬로이드를 함유한 글라스-세라믹 제품을 열처리를 통해 결정화시킬 수 있는 열적으로 결정화가능한 글라스이 제조에 관한 것이다. 상기글라스는 SiO240-60중량%, Al2O310-35중량%, NiO 5-35중량% 및 MgO 0-20중량% 및 TiO2및/또는 ZrO20-15중량%가 필수적으로 구성된다. 바람직한 글라스는 적어도 MgO 2중량%를 함유한다.

Claims (7)
- SiO240-60중량%, Al2O310-35중량%, NiO 5-35중량% MgO 0-20중량%, 및 TiO2및/또는 ZrO20-15중량%가 필수적으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열적으로 결정화 가능한 글라스.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 글라스가 적어도 MgO 2중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열적으로 결정화 가능한 글라스.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 글라스가 MgO 5-15중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열적으로 결정화 가능한 글라스.
- SiO240-60중량%, Al2O310-35중량%, NiO 5-35중량%, MgO 0-20중량%, 및 TiO2및/또는 ZrO20-15중량%가 필수적으로 구성되며, 주결정상으로서 니켈 스피넬로이드를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 글라스-세라믹 제품.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 글라스-세라믹이 적어도 MgO 2중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 글라스-세라믹 제품.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 글라스-세라믹가 MgO 5-15중량%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 글라스-세라믹 제품.
- (a)글라스용 배치를 용융시키는 단계; (b)적어도 상기 글라스의 변형범위 이하의 온도에서 상기 용융액을 냉각시키면서 원하는 형상으로 글라스 바디를 형성시키는 단계;(c)약 800-850℃사이의 온도에서 충분한 시간동안 상기 글라스 바디를 노출시켜 바디안의 핵을 성장시키는 단계;(d) 약850-1,200℃ 사이의 온도에서 충분한 시간동안 상기 핵이 생성된 글라스 바디를 노출시켜, 상기 핵에 니켈 스피넬로이드 결정을 인-시트로 성장시킴에 따라 글라스-세라믹 바디를 형성하는 단계; 및 (e)실온에서 상기 글라스-세라믹 바디를 냉각하는 단계로 이루어지며 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항의 유리로부터 주결정상으로서 니켈 스피넬로이드를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리-세라믹 제품의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
