Claims (7)

  1. 약 10x10-7/℃보다 낮은 열팽창 선형계수(25~500℃)의 표시 및 단결정상과 같은 β-석영 고체용액을 함유하는 푸른 또는 회색의 투명한 유리-세라믹 제품으로 상기 유리-세라믹 제품으로 기초 산화물상에서 질량%로 표현되는 2.5~3.5% Li2O, 1.5~2.5%의 MgO, 17.75~20%의 Al2O3, 64~70%의 SiO2, 2~4.5% TiO2, 1~2%의 ZrO2, 0~2%의 BaO, 및 0.2~0.5% Cl, 여기서 Li2O을 제외한 알카리 금속산화물, MgO, BaO 및 ZnO을 제외한 알카리 토산화물 및 B2O3는 제외되는 것으로 구성되는 환원된 유리로 부터 인시튜 공정에 따라 결정화된 푸른 또는 회색의 투명한 유리-세라믹 제품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리가 2.5~3% Li2O, 1.5~2% MgO, 18.5~19.5% Al2O3, 67~69% SiO2, 2.5~3.5% TiO2, 1.5~2% ZrO2, 0.5~1.5% BaO 및 0.2~0.4% Cl로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 푸른 또는 회색의 투명한 유리-세라믹 제품.
  3. 약 10X10-7/℃ 보다 낮은 열팽창 선형계수(25~500℃)의 표시 및 단결정상과 같은 β-석영 고체용액을 함유하는 푸른 또는 회색의 투명한 유리-세라믹 제품을 제조하기 위하여 하기의 단계로 구성되는 방법. (a) 기초 산화물상에서 질량%로 표현되는 2.5~3.5% Li2O, 1.5~2.5% MgO, 17.75~20% Al2O3, 64~70% SiO2, 2~4.5% TiO2, 1~2% ZrO2, 0~2% BaO, 및 전체 티타늄 함유량의 약 0.5~2%가 Ti+3이온으로 환원되기에 충분한 양의 염화물, 여기서 Li2O을 제외한 알카리 금속산화물, MgO, BaO 및 ZnO을 제외한 알카리 토산화물 및 B2O3는 제외되는 것으로 구성하는 인시튜공정에 따라 결정화할 수 있는 일뢰분의 유리를 용융하는 단계; (b) 상기 용융은 변형 범위 이하의 온도에서 냉각되는 단계 및 동시에 요구된 외형의 유리물체를 형성하는 단계; 및 (c) β-석영 고체용액 결정의 인시튜 공정에 따른 결정화를 유발하기 위하여 충분한 시간동안 약 850~950℃의 온도 에서 상기 유기물체가 가열되는 단계.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 염화물이 약 2~6질량%의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 염화물은 약 2.5~5질량%의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 일회분의 유리가 2.5~3% Li2O, 1.5~2% MgO, 18.5~19.5% Al2O3, 67~69% SiO2, 2.5~3.5% TiO2, 1.5~2% Zro2, 0.5~1.5% BaO 및 2.5~5% Cl로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유리물체가 결정질의 증가를 유발하기 위해 충분한 시간동안 약 750~800℃의 온도사이에서 우선 가열되고, 그후에 상기 유리물체가 상기 결정질위에 β-석영 고체 용액 결정의 성장을 유발하기 위한 충분한 시간동안 약 850~950℃온도사이에서 가열되는 방법.
