Claims (7)
- 상당한 강인성, 최소한 20,000psi의 파괴율을 보여주고, 그리고 체적 5″×0.5″×0.1″를 갖는 바아형상이고, 결정화 열처리시 4″스팬에 걸쳐 0.2″ 이하로 새깅되고, 그리고 포타슘 플루오리치테라이트가 주요한 결정상을 구성하나, 홍연석 또한 최소한 10체적%의 양으로 존재하고, 그리고 본질적으로, 산화물을 기준으로 한 중량퍼센트로 표현될 경우,로 구성되는 전체조성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 고결정질 유리-세라믹 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 또한 SrO,TiO2,B2O3,ZrO2및 ZnO의 군으로 부터 선택되는 양립할 수 있는 금속산화물을 5몰 퍼센트 총계까지 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고결정질 유리-세라믹 제품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 또한 CdO,CoO,Cr2O3,Fe2O3,MnO2,NiO,CdS,Er2O3,Nd2O3,Se, and V2O5의 군으로부터 선택되는 착색제를 5몰 퍼센트 총계까지 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고결정질 유리-세라믹 제품.
- 상당한 강인성, 최소한 20,000psi의 파괴율을 보여주고, 그리고 체적 5″×0.5″×0.1″를 갖는 바아형상이고, 결정화 열처리시 4″ 스팬에 걸쳐 0.2″ 이하로 새깅되고, 그리고 포타슘플루오리치 테라이트가 주요한 결정상을 구성하나, 홍연석 또한 최소한 10체적%의 양으로 존재하는 고결정질 유리-세라믹 제품의 제조방법에 있어서,(a) 본질적으로, 산화물을 기준으로 한 중량퍼센트로 표현될 경우,로 구성되는 유리배치를 용해시키는 단계,(b) 상기 용해물을 최소한 그의 변태 범위 아래에서 냉각시키고 그리고 동시에 그로부터 원하는 형상의 유리제품을 형성하는 단계,(c) 상기 유리 제품을 그 원상태에서 포타슘 플루오리치테라이트와 홍연석 결정을 발생시키기에 충분한 시간 동안 약 750℃-1050℃ 범위내의 온도에 노출시키는 단계 및(d) 상기 결정화된 제품을 실온으로 냉각하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고결정질 유리-세라믹 제품의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 유리제품은 먼저 핵을 발달시키고 그리고 그곳에서 초기 결정화를 발생시키기에 충분한 시간동안 약 550˚-700℃ 범위내의 온도하에 놓여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고결정질 유리-세라믹 제품의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 유리는 또한 SrO,TiO2,B2O3,ZrO2및 ZnO의 군으로 부터 션택되는 양립할 수 있는 금속산화물을 5몰퍼센트 총계까지 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고결정질 유리-세라믹 제품의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 유리는 또한 CdO,CoO,Cr2O3,Fe2O3,MnO2,NiO,CdS,Er2O3'Nd2O3,Se 및 V2O5의 군으로 부터 신택되는 착색제를 약 5중량%까지 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고 결정질 유리-세라믹제품의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
