Abstract

Les matériaux de céramique vitrifiée s'utilisent dans différentes branches de la technique et possèdent de hautes caractéristiques de résistance et de fonctionnement. Ces matériaux sont utilisés pour réaliser des structures de protection contre le choc et l'usure par abrasion. La céramique vitrifiée comprend les constituants suivants exprimés en pourcentage en masse : de 55,0 à 75,0 de SiO2, photosensitiser 0,1 à 10,0 de Na2O. Le procédé de fabrication de céramique vitrifiée consiste à fusionner le verre, former des éléments ayant une configuration requise et recuire et recristalliser lesdits éléments. La fusion du verre s'effectue à une température de 1250 à 1350 °C. La formation des éléments de la fusion s'effectue à une température de 1000 à 1300 °C, le recuit s'effectue à une température de 390 à 420 °C. On effectue la cristallisation après le recuit en trois étapes : l'élévation de température jusqu'à 480-520 °C et maintien pendant 1-3 heures ; l'élévation de température jusqu'à 580-620 °C et maintien pendant 1-10 heures ; l'élévation de température jusqu'à 680-730 °C et maintien pendant 1-3 heures et le refroidissement jusqu'à la température ambiante à une vitesse de 5-10 °C/min. La structure de protection basée sur la céramique vitrifiée se présente sous forme d'une matrice en nids d'abeilles et d'éléments de protection. Les nids d'abeilles sont traversant, les éléments de protection étant faits en céramique vitrifiée. Des espaces entre les éléments et les parois de la matrice sont remplis d'une composition de colle. Les éléments adjacents sont munis de collets et de seuils se recouvrant les uns les autres sur une distance supérieure à la moitié de leur épaisseur.
