Abstract

본 발명은 40과 70㎜ 사이의 얇은 슬래브를 위한 연속캐스팅시설, 조정로, 압연기 등으로 구성되어 있고, 연속캐스팅기에서 나오는 얇은 슬래브의 배출온도가 950℃ 상반에 있는 생산장치에서 열와이드밴드를 제작하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 연속캐스팅기와 보정로 사이에는 슬래브의 표면온도가 충분한 깊이에서 오스테나이트에서 페라이트/펄라이트로의 구조변화가 나타나도록 멀리 떨어진다. 설치된 냉각구간(1)은 수냉각 구간으로 실시되어 있고 복수개의 접속 및 차단가능한 냉각비임(4)로 구성되어 있다.

Claims (7)

  1. 40과 70㎜ 사이의 얇은 슬래브의 연속캐스팅장치와 조정로 그리고 압연기 등으로 구성되어 있고, 이때 연속캐스팅기에서 나오는 얇은 슬래브의 배출온도가 950℃ 이상인 생산장치에서 열와이드밴드를 제작하는 방법에 있어서, 연속캐스팅기장치와 조정로 사이에서 슬래브의 표면온도가 오스테나이트로부터 페라이트/펄라이트로의 구조변화가 이루어지도록 충분한 깊이에서 멀리 떨어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 냉각강도의 선택을 통해 얇은 슬래브의 온도가 표면 아래에서 적어도 2㎜의 깊이에까지 600℃ 미만으로 떨어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 평균표면온도가 각 재질의 마르텐사이트 경계선에 미달되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항, 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 냉각시간이 오스테나이트로부터 페라이트/펄라이트로 적어도 70%가 변화되게 선택되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 개개의 냉각 구획들의 접속 및 차단이 냉각깊이, 냉각온도, 냉각시간 및 마르텐사이트 경계선 등에 있어 요구되는 최소값들을 엄수하며, 각각의 주조속도에 종속되어서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항에 따른 방법의 실시를 위한 열와이어드밴드(3)용 생산장치에 있어서, 연속캐스팅장치와 조정로 사이에 냉각구간이 배열되어 있으며, 이 냉각구간(1)이 수냉각구간으로 이루어지고, 복수개의 접속 및 차단 가능한 냉각비임(4)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 생산장치.
  7. 제6항에 따른 냉각구간(1)을 가지는 열와이드밴드(3)용 생산장치에 있어서, 개개의 냉각비임(4)의 접속과 차단을 위한 조절기구 및 조종기구가 냉각깊이, 냉각온도, 냉각시간 및 마르텐사이트 경계선 등을 위해 요구된 최소값들을 엄수하며, 각각의 주조속도에 종속되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 생산장치.
