Abstract

본 발명은 소자코일을 브라운관의 소정위치에 유지시키기 위한 코일 클램프에 관한 것으로서, 그 구성은, 코일 클램프(10)에 형성된 클림프판(40)이 구성하는 유지공간(44)으로 소자코일(42)을 브라운관(18)의 외측둘레면에 감아 걸으면서 끼워 넣는다. 이때, 누름판(50)이 프레임(12)측으로 휘어지기 때문에 유지공간(44)의 입구부가 넓어져서 소자코일(42)을 용이하게 끼워넣을 수 있다. 누름판(50)과 프레임(12)사이에 형성되는 삼각형상의 공간에는 삼각판(52)이 형성되어 있기 때문에, 소자코일(42)이 이공간에 끼워짐에 의하여 권취위치가 어긋나는 일이 없음으로 소정위치에 소자코일(42)을 유지시킬 수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 하우징에 부착된 브라운관의 외측 둘레면에 감아거는 소자코일을 유지하는 코일 클램프로서, 판상으로 된 프레임의 단부에 형성된 턱부와, 상기 턱부에서 돌출되며 서로 탄성적으로 접근가능한 탄성돌기와, 상기 프레임에서 만곡형상으로 돌출되며 프레임과의 사이에 상기 소자코일을 유지할 수 있는 유지 공간을 형성하는 클램프판과, 상기 프레임에서 상기 유지공간의 입구부를 향하여 경사져서 돌출되는 누름판을 가지며, 상기 탄성돌기와 상기 턱부에 의하여 브라운관의 둘레 가장자리부에 돌출설치 된 브래킷의 부착구멍에 부착되는 코일 클램프에 있어서, 상기 누름판과 상기 프레임 사이의 공간에 형성되어 이 공간으로의 상기 소자코일의 끼워짐을 저지하는 저지수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 클램프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 저지수단이 누름판의 폭방향에 있어서의 단부에서 상기프레임을 향하여 돌출형성되며, 상기 프레임측으로의 누름판의 휘어짐을 허용하는 삼각판으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 클램프.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 턱부의 외측 둘레면 및 하면을 잘라내어 턱부의 외측 둘레면을 따라서 연이어 형성되는 캔틸레버식으로 하고, 상기 탄성돌기가 상기 브라운관의 브래킷에 형성된 부착구멍에 걸렸을 때, 부착구멍의 둘레 가장자리에 탄성적으로 맞닿는 원호형상의 날개편을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 코일 클램프.
