Abstract

본 발명은 주로 업무용의 대형냉동고등의 출입구에 부착하여 상기 출입구를 기밀폐쇄하는데 이용하고 특히 개문초동동작 및 폐문동작종점 부근의 동작이 매우 경쾌한 도어를 제공하는 대형냉동고등에 사용되는 미닫이문장치에 관한 것으로서, 하부홈(15)내에 전동바퀴(10)를 축걸침하여 상부에 부착위치부(16)를 구비한 블라켓(a1)과 상단부에 연결부(17)를 구비하여 하부홈(18)내에 구동바퀴(13)를 축걸침하여 하단부를 도어부착위치부(19)로 한 블라켓(a2)을 설치하고, 블라켓(a1)의 부착위치부(16)에 설정각도로 경사하여 부착한 탄성 서스펜션(11)의 신축축(11a) 선단을 블라켓(a2)의 연결부에 연결하고 블라켓(a1)의 하부홈(15)의 둘레 대향구석(5)과 블라켓(a2)의 둘레 대향구석(5′)을 링크(2)로 연결하여 블라켓(A)을 설치하고, 상기 블라켓(A)을 도어(1)에 고정부착하여 상부면레일(12a)과 하부면레일(12b)을 구비한 레일(12)을 설치하고, 상기 레일(12)을 외벽면(8)에 수평으로 고정부착하여 블라켓(A)의 전동바퀴(10)를 상부면레일(12a)에 얹고 구동바퀴(13)를 하부면레일(12b)에 압접하여 하부면레일(12b)의 구동바퀴(13)와 상대하는 위치에 하향경사부(9)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 한다.

제2도는 본 발명의 실시예에서 개문(開扉)상태를 나타내는 정면도이며, 아울러서 구동바퀴가 하향경사부에 올라 앉은 폐문(閉扉)상태를 나타내는 도면,
제3도는 제2도의 화살표시 B-B를 따라 취해진 일부 확대단면도(개문상태),
제4도는 제2도의 화살표시 B-B를 따라 취해진 단면도(개문상태),
제5도는 제4도의 구동바퀴가 하향경사부에 올라 앉은 폐문상태의 도면.

Claims (5)

  1. 하부홈내에 전동바퀴를 회전 자유롭게 축걸침하고 상부에 탄성 서스펜션을 설정각도로 경사하여 부착하는 부착위치부를 구비한 블라켓(a1)과, 상단부에 탄성 서스펜션의 신축축 선단을 연결하는 연결부를 구비하고 하부홈내에 구동바퀴를 탄성 서스펜션과 동일각도로 경사하여 축걸침하는 동시에 하단부를 도어부착부로 한 블라켓(a2)을 설치하고, 상기 블라켓(a1)의 부착위치부에 설정각도로 경사하여 부착한 탄성서스펜션의 신축축 선단을 블라켓(a2)의 연결부에 연결하고 탄성 서스펜션의 윗쪽탄성력으로 블라켓(a2)을 경사 윗쪽으로 끌어올리도록 힘을 가하고, 또 블라켓(a1)의 하부홈의 외측부에 구비한 둘레 대향구석과 상기 외측부와 상대한 블라켓(a2)의 내측부에 구비한 둘레 대향구석의 2개의 둘레 대향구석을 링크로 연결하여 블라켓(A)을 설치하고, 상기 블라켓(A)의 전동바퀴를 얹는 상부면레일과, 구동바퀴의 주축과 동일각도 경사한 레일면을 갖고 구동바퀴를 아랫쪽으로부터 압접하는 하부면레일을 구비한 레일을 설치하고 상기 레일을 냉동고등의 출입구의 윗쪽의 외측면에 수평으로 고정부착하고, 도어를 부착한 블라켓(A)의 전동바퀴를 레일의 상부면레일에 얹고 도어를 탄성 서스펜션의 윗쪽탄성력에 의해 마루면으로부터 부상한 상태로 매다는 동시에 구동바퀴를 하부면레일에 상기 탄성 서스팬션의 윗쪽탄성력으로 압접하여 설치하고, 또 하부면레일의 도어를 폐쇄한 상태에서 구동바퀴와 상대하는 위치에 상기 구동바퀴가 올라 앉아서 탄성 서스펜션의 윗쪽탄성력에 대항하여 도어를 경사 안쪽의 아래쪽으로 이동하기 위한 하향경사부를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 대형냉동고등에 사용되는 미닫이문장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수동에 의해 도어를 개폐작동하거나, 또는 블라켓(a1)에 구동바퀴를 회전구동하는 구동모터를 구비하고 전동에 의해 도어를 개폐작동하도록 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 대형냉동고등에 사용되는 미닫이문장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 블라켓(a2)에 구비되는 탄성 서스펜션에 스프링, 유압실린더 또는 공기실린더를 이용한 것을 특징으로 하는 대형냉동고등에 사용되는 미닫이문장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 하부면레일의 하향경사부는 하부면레일 자체에 하향경사부를 형성하거나, 또는 하부면레일에 별도 설치한 하향경사형부재를 부착한 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 대형냉동고등에 사용되는 미닫이문장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 레일은 1개의 레일의 상하면에 상부면레일과 하부면레일을 형성한 것, 또는 상부면레일과 하부면레일을 개별적으로 형성한 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 대형냉동고등에 사용되는 미닫이문장치.
