Abstract
본 발명은 뼈의 골소도관내에서 고정되는 기부 구분과 원위 부분을 가지고 있는 골수내 못으로 이루어지는, 뼈의 불연속적으로 분리된 부분들 사이의 거리의 점차적인 연장에 의해 뼈의 분리된 부분들 사이의 지속된 뼈 성장을 가능하게 하기 위한, 사람 또는 동물에서 뼈를 연장시키기 위한 장치에 간한 것이다. 이 장치에서는 수압식 실린더가 기부 부분에 연결되고 피스톤이 못의 원위 부분에 연결된다. 작동유체의 이식가능한 공급이 실린더 및 피스톤과 실린더 사이에 있으면서 그것들의 상대적 이동을 제한하는 래치팅 메카니즘과 소통된다. 충격 흡수 메카니즘은 피스톤과 실린더 사이의 제한된 공전을 가능하게 하며, 래치팅 이완수단은 피스톤과 실린더의 방향전환을 가능하게 한다. 다야한 상호가능한 원위 팁들이 배열되어 상이한 뼈뿐만 아니라 형상이 상이한 골소도관을 수용한다.
