Abstract
본 발명은 뼈의 골수도관내에 단단히 고정될 수 있는 원위 부분 및 기부분을 가지고 있는 골수내못으로 이루어지는, 뼈 단편과 기부단부 사이의 거리를 점차적으로 연장시킴으로써 고의적으로 분리된 사이의 계속적인 성장이 가능하게 되도록 사람 또는 동물에서 뼈의 기부 단부로부터 뼈에 있는 공극을 향해 윈위 단부의 방향으로 중간지점에서 고의적으로 분리된 뼈의 단편을 운반하기 위한 장치에 관한 것이다. 못은 뼈의 기부부분과 연결될 수 있는 수압식 실린더와 고의적으로 분리된 뼈 단편에 연결될 수 있는 피스톤을 포함한다.

- 원위부분과 기부분을 가지고 있는 골수내 못 : 뼈의 기부단부에 있는 뼈의 골수도관내에서 고정될 수 있는 못의 기부분 ; 뼈의 원위 단부에 있는 뼈의 골수도관내에서 고절될 수 있는 못의 원위부분 ; 못의 기부부분에 연결된 수압식 실린더 ; 못의 원위 부분에 연결되고 실린더내에서 이동할 수 있는 피스톤 ; 실린더와 소통관계에 있는 작동유체의 공급부 ; 및 피스톤과 불연속 팁 사이에 있으면서 그것들 사이의 상대적 이동을 허용하는 수단이 구비되어 있는 막대로 이루어지는, 뼈 단편과 기부단부 사이의 거리를 점차적으로 연장시킴으로써 고의적으로 분리된 부분들 사이의 계속적인 성장이 가능하게 되도록, 사람 또는 동물에서의 뼈의 기부 단부로부터 뼈에 있는 공극을 향해 원위 단부의 방향으로 중간 지점에서 고의적으로 분리된 뼈의 단편을 운반하기 위한 장치.
