본 발명은 수지결합된 금속성 마찰패드 요소 및 수지결합된 비석면, 비금속성 마찰패드 요소와 차량제동 작동에서 두 마찰패드 요소를 동시에 작동시키기 위한 유압식 실린더/피스톤 요소를 구비한 혼합식 브레이크 조립체에 관한 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 차량바퀴의 브레이크 조립체로서, 금속 후판 요소 및 후판 요소에 결합되어있는 수지 결합된 금속성 마찰패드 요소를 가지는 제1마찰발생용 마찰패드 조립체와, 금속 후판 요소 및 후판 요소에 결합되어 있는 수지결합된 비석면, 비금속성 마찰패드 요소를 가지는 제2마찰발생용 마찰패드와, 상기 수지결합된 금속성 마찰패드 요소 및 상기 수지결합된 비석면, 비금속성 마찰패드 요소의 표면에서 마찰을 발생시키기 위해 상기 제1마찰패드 조립체와 상기 제2마찰패드 조립체를 동시에 작동시키기 위한 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 바퀴의 브레이크 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지결합된 금속성 마찰패드 요소가 약25중량% 내지 60중량%의 금속 입자와, 약5중량% 내지 15중량%의 수지 결합제 입자와, 약 10중량% 내지 25중량%의 탄소질 입자와, 약3중량% 내지 8중량%의 연마제 입자와, 약3중량% 내지 25중량%의 충진제 입자와, 약0중량% 내지 10중량%의 마찰 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 바퀴의 브레이크 조립체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지 결합된 비석면, 비금속성 마찰패드 요소가 석면 섬유 입자를 제외한 약10중량% 내지 25중량%의 섬유 입자와, 약8중량% 내지 20중량%의 수지 결합제 입자와, 약2중량% 내지 18중량%의 탄소질 입자와, 약2중량% 내지 20중량%의 연마제 입자와, 약20중량% 내지 40중량%의 충진제 입자와, 약5중량% 내지 20중량%의 마찰 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 바퀴의 브레이크 조립체.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 수지 결합된 비석면, 비금속성 마찰패드 요소가 석면 섬유 입자를 제외한 약10중량% 내지 25중량%의 섬유 입자와, 약8중량% 내지 20중량%의 수지결합제 입자와, 약2중량% 내지 18중량%의 탄소질 입자와, 약2중량% 내지 20중량%의 연마제 입자와, 약20중량% 내지 40중량%의 충진제 입자와, 약5중량% 내지 20중량%의 마찰 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 바퀴의 브레이크 조립체.
  5. 약25중량% 내지 60중량%의 금속 입자와, 약5중량% 내지 15중량%의 수지결합제 입자와, 약10중량% 내지 25중량%의 탄소질 입자와, 약0중량% 내지 8중량%의 연마제 입자와, 약3중량% 내지 25중량%의 충진제 입자와, 약0중량% 내지 10중량%의 마찰 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 마찰패드 요소.
  6. 석면 섬유 입자를 제외한 약10중량% 내지 25중량%의 섬유 입자와, 약8중량% 내지 20중량%의 수지 결합제 입자와, 약2중량% 내지 18중량%의 탄소질 입자와, 약2중량% 내지 20중량%의 연마제 입자와, 약20중량% 내지 40중량%의 충진제 입자와, 약5중량% 내지 20중량%의 마찰 입자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 브레이크 마찰패드 요소.
