Abstract
본 발명은 1종 이상의 카르본산 및 1종 이상의 글리콜을 에스테르 반응시킨 후 평균입자 직경이 1.3∼2.0㎛인 실리카 입자를 필름에 대하여 0.001∼0.1wt% 첨가하고 평균입자 직경이 20∼200mm인 산화알루미나를 필름에 대하여 0.01∼0.5wt% 첨가하여 축중합한 후 통상의 방법으로 압출, 연신함을 특징으로 하는 권취성이 우수한 고투명성 폴리에스터 필름의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (4)
1종 이상의 카르본산 및 1종 이상의 글리콜성분을 에스테르 반응시키고 평균입경이 1.3∼2.0㎛인 실리카를 조대입자(A)로 평균입경이 20∼200mm인 산화알루미나를 미세입자(B)로 첨가한 후 축중합시켜 얻은 폴리에스터 수지를 용융, 시트성형 및 2축연신하여 두께가 75∼120㎛이고 589mm파장에서 탁도가 2.0% 이하의 값을 가지며 정마찰계수(Us)/동마찰계수(Uk)의 값이 0.70/0.60 이하의 값을 갖고, 롤로 권취한 후의 외관이 우유빛을 띄지 않음을 특징으로 하는 권취성이 우수한 고투명성 폴리에스터 필름의 제조방법.
제1항에 있어서, 실리카의 폴리에스터 필름내의 함유량이 0.001∼0.1wt%임을 특징으로 하는 권취성이 우수한 고투명성 폴리에스터 필름의 제조방법.
제1항에 있어서, 산화알루미나의 폴리에스테르 필름내의 함유량이 0.01∼0.5wt%임을 특징으로 하는 권취성이 우수한 고투명성 폴리에스터 필름의 제조방법.
제3항에 있어서, 미세입자(B)는 모오스 경도가 6 이상이고, 결정형태가 δ 또는 r형인 산화알루미나 임을 특징으로 하는 권취성이 우수한 고투명성 폴리에스터 필름의 제조방법.
