Abstract
1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속하는 기술분야:본 발명은 자동차용 볼조인트에 관한 것이다.
2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제:기존의 설비는 비교적 값비싼 것으로 알려져 있는 반면에 피벗이 조인트 볼과 함께 편향위치에 이르기까지 극도록 휘게될 경우에는 조인트 슬리브가 그 튜브 영역에서 용이하게 손상되는 단점이 있었다. 본 발명의 목적은 볼조인트내에서 조인트 슬리브와 로크링의 결합을 저렴한 비용으로 해결하는데 있으며, 또한 볼조인트의 장착을 용이하게 하고, 극도의 휨으로 인한 조인트 슬리브의 파손이 일어나지 않게 하려는데 있다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지:본 발명은 피벗(2)의 단부에 형성된 조인트볼(3)과 이를 에워싸는 축함(軸函;4)이 포트형 하우징(1)내에 장입되며 이것에 의해 개구된 하우징연부와 결합될 수 있는 로크링(5)이 유지되어 있으며, 로크링(5)의 실린더형 내부외장면(9) 및 그것으로부터 직각으로 진행된 외면(10)에 인접된 영역은 조인트 슬리브(8)의 단부와 함께 고정되며, 보다 특별하게는 경화처리에 의하여 결합되는 자동차용 볼조인트에 관한 것이다.
4. 발명의 중요한 용도:본 발명의 볼조인트는 자동차용으로 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (2)
- 피벗의 단부에 형성된 조인트볼과 이를 에워싸는 축함(軸函)이 포트(pot)형 하우징내에 장입되고, 이것에 의해 개구된 하우징연부와 결합될 수 있는 로크링이 유지되어 있으며, 이 로크링은 볼의 직경에 비해 더 작은 내경을 갖는 피벗을 에워싸고 한 단부는 탄성재로 된 조인트 슬리브와 결합되며 다른 단부는 피벗과 밀접하게 놓여지는 차량용 볼조인트에 있어서, 내면(7)상에서 축함(4)에 직접적으로 인접된 로크링(5)과 내부외장면(10)에 견고하게 고정된 조인트 슬리브(8)가 함께 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 볼조인트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 조인트 슬리브(8)와 로크링(5)의 실린더형 내부외장명(9) 및 그것으로부터 직각으로 진행된 외면(10)에 인접된 영역은 경화처리에 의하여 함께 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 볼조인트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
