Abstract

본 발명은 전기강판등의 제조시 사용되는 탈탄용소둔로의 탄소재 허스롤(hearth roll)을 표면처리하는 방법에 관한 것으로써, 적절한 표면처리용액에 탄소재 허스롤을 침적시켜 허스롤을 표면처리시킴으로써, 내구성향상 및 탈탄방지에 의한 수명향상을 가져올 수 있는 향상된 탈탄용 소둔로의 탄소재허스롤의 표면처리방법을 제공하고자 하는데, 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 중량%로, 41.6-50.9%의 H3PO4, 10.9-13.3%의 Al(OH)3및 35.7-43.7%의 정수를 혼합탱크에 넣어 100-105℃에 3-4시간 혼합하여 45-50% Al인산염을 제조한 다음, 상기와 같이 제조된 Al 인산염 : 87.3%-95.3%와 Cr2O3: 4.7-12.7%를 혼합탱크에 넣고 40-60분동안 혼합하여 표면처리용액을 제조하는 단계; 및 상기와 같이 제조된 표면처리용액에 탄소재 허스롤을 60-80시간 침적시킨 다음, 대기중에서 5-6일간 자연 건조시키는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 탈탄용소둔로의 탄소재 허스롤의 표면처리방법을 그 요지로 한다.

제1도는 본발명에 따라 표면처리된 탄소재 허스롤과 표면처리되지 않은 탄소재 허스롤을 탈탄성 분위기로내에서 일정기간 사용한 후의 상태를 나타내는 탄소재 허스롤의 사진.

Claims (2)

  1. 중량%로, 41.6-50.9%의 H3PO4, 10.9-13.3%의 Al(OH)3및 35.7-43.7%의 정수를 혼합탱크에 넣어 100-105℃에 3-4시간 혼합하여 45-50% Al인산염을 제조한 다음, 상기와 같이 제조된 Al 인산염 : 87.3%-95.3%와 Cr2O3: 4.7-12.7%를 혼합탱크에 넣고 40-60분동안 혼합하여 표면처리용액을 제조하는 단계; 및 상기와 같이 제조된 표면처리용액에 탄소재 허스롤를 60-80시간 침적시킨 다음, 대기중에서 5-6일간 자연 건조시키는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 탈탄용소둔로의 탄소재 허스롤의 표면처리방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 롤내로의 용액침투깊이가 2-3mm이 되도록 침적시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 탈탄용 소둔로의 탄소재 허스롤의 표면처리방법.
