Abstract
본 발명은 탄화규소 분말을 제조하기 위해 증기화 폴리실록산을 단일 가열 단계에서 반응 및 열분해 시키는, 탄화규소 분말의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 당해 방법은 간단하고 저렴하며, 바람직한 특성을 갖는 분말을 제공한다.

Claims (5)
- 증기화 폴리실록산을 반응 챔버에 도입하고, 폴리실록산 증기를 반응 챔버내에서 0.01초 내지 30분 동안 1600℃이상의 온도로 가열하여 탄화규소 분말을 형성시키며, 탄화규소 분말을 수거함을 포함하는, 탄화규소 분말을 제조하기 위한 단일단계 가열방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리실록산이 (a)일반식[R2SiO]n의 사이클릭 폴리실록산(여기서, R은 각각 독립적으로 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1내지 6의 탄화수소이고, n은 3내지 8의 정수이다) 또는 (b)일반식 R3Si-O-[R2SiO]n-SiR3의 선형 폴리실록산 (여기서, R은 각각 독립적으로 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1내지 6의 탄화수소이고, n은 0내지 8의 정수이다)을 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리실록산이 구조식[(CH3)2SiO]n의 사이클릭 폴리실록산(여기서, n은 3내지 8이다)을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 증기화 폴리실록산이 불활성 기체중에 존재하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응 챔버의 압력이 0.1 내지 202.6kPa(0.001내지 2atm)인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
