Abstract
본 발명은 폴리프로필렌과 오가노폴리실록산의 공중합체를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 이 방법은 α, ω-디엔-프로필렌 중합체와 분자당 평균 두개 이상의 SiH 그룹을 갖는 오가노하이드리도 폴리실록산의 용액을 용매의 비점 이하의 온도로 가열하는 것을 포함한다. 바람직하게는, 대기압 이하의 압력에서 불활성 대기하에 폴리프로필렌을 열 분해시킴으로써 α, ω-디엔-프로필렌 중합체를 수득한다.

Claims (9)
- 비점(b. p.)을 갖는 용매(Ⅲ)중의 α, ω-디엔-프로필렌 중합체(Ⅰ) 및 한 두개의 SiH 그룹을 갖는 오가노하이드리도 폴리실록산(Ⅱ)의 용액을 상기 용매의 비점 이하의 온도에서 가열시킴을 특징으로 하여 폴리프로필렌과 오가노폴리실록산의 공중합체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 오가노하이드리도 폴리실록산(Ⅱ)의 하나 이상의 SiH 그룹이 식 -SiH(CH3)(CH3)의 말단 그룹인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 오가노하이드리도 폴리실록산(Ⅱ)의 식 -OSiH(CH3)-의 실록산 단위를 하나 이상 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 오가노하이드리도 폴리실록산(Ⅱ)이 Ra가 -OSiH(CH3)-의 실록산 단위를 하나 이상 갖는 폴리오가노실록산 그룹이고 Rb가 탄소수 1 내지 5의 아릴 그룹 및 알킬 그룹 중에서 선택되는 식 -OSiRaRb-의 실록산 단위를 하나 이상 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, α, ω-디엔-프로필렌 중합체(Ⅰ)가 대기압 이하의 압력에서 불활성 대기 하에 폴리프로필렌을 열 분해시킴으로써 수득되는 방법.
- α, ω-디엔-프로필렌 중합체(Ⅰ)와 한 분자당 평균 두개 이상의 SiH 그룹을 갖는 오가노하이드리도 폴리실록산(Ⅱ)간의 규화수소환 반응에 의해 제조되는 폴리프로필렌과 오가노폴리실록산의 공중합체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 오가노하이드리도 폴리실록산(Ⅱ)이 화학식(1)인 공중합체.상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 메틸 라디칼이고, R3및 R4는 독립적으로 탄소수 1 내지 5의 아릴 라디칼 및 알킬 라디칼 중에서 선택되고, m은 0 이상의 정수이다.
- 제7항에 있어서, α, ω-디엔-프로필렌 중합체(Ⅰ)가 대기압 이하의 압력에서 불활성 대기 하에 폴리프로필렌을 열 분해시켜 수득되는 공중합체.
- 제7하에 있어서, m이 20 내지 1,000이고, α, ω-디엔-프로필렌 중합체(Ⅰ)의 수평균 분자량이 2,000 내지 3,000인 공중합체※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
