Abstract

Claims (12)

  1. 세로형 충전포장기에 있어서, 통형필름에 비충전구역을 만들도록 통형필름을 고정하여 하방으로 공급하기 위해 충전물로 충전된 수지제 통형필름의 각 측면에 회전식으로 배열된 한쌍의 압착롤러와, 비충전구역을 열 밀봉하여 절단하기 위하여 압착롤러의 하방에 배열되고, 통형필름이 휴지 위치에 유지되는 동안에 비충전구역의 일부분에 대하여 가압 가능하고 비충전 구역을 열 밀봉하는 가열바와 이 가열바처럼 비충전구역의 일부에 대하여 가압 가능하고 가열바에 의해 밀봉된 열 밀봉부를 냉각시키는 냉각바와 열 밀봉부를 절단하는 절단수단을 포장하는 열 밀봉 기구와, 비충전 구역이 열 밀봉되어 이비충전 구역이 열 밀봉 기구에 의해 절단될 때까지 비충전 구역의 하단부를 파지하여 유지하기 위하여 열 밀봉 기구의 하방에 배열된 필름지지부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세로형 충전포장기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비충전 구역이 열 밀봉되어 이 비충전 구역이 열 밀봉기구에 의해 절단될 때 까지 비충전 구역의 상단부를 파지하여 유지하기 위하여 열 밀봉 기구의 상방에 배열된 필름지지부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세로형 충전포장기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 충전물이 유체 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세로형 충전포장기.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 열 밀봉 기구가 자체의 중심부에 각각 피봇식으로 지지된 한 쌍의 평행 연결부를 포함하고, 가열바가 이 연결부의 대응 단부들 상에 각운동 가능하게 설치되고, 냉각바가 이 연결부의 반대 단부들 상에 각운동 가능하게 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 세로형 충전포장기.
  5. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 절단수단이 열 밀봉부쪽으로의 이동을 위하여 가열바와 냉각바 사이에 배열된 절단날을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세로형 충전포장기.
  6. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 절단수단이 비충전 구역에 대하여 가압되는 가열바의 가압 표면상에 배열된 삼가형 돌기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세로형 충전포장기.
  7. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 가열바와 절단수단이 비충전 구역 쪽으로 그리고 이로부터 멀리 이동하기 위하여 비충전 구역의 각 측면상에 배열되고, 냉각바가 2개의 부재들 사이에서 가열바가 돌출하는 것을 허용하기 위해 비충전 구역 쪽으로의 가열바의 이동에 의해 서로 멀어지게 수직으로 이동 가능한 2개의 부재들을 포함하며, 열 밀봉 기구가 2개의 가열바 수납기들 사이에서 절단날이 돌출하는 것을 허용하기 위해 비충전 구역 쪽으로의 절단수단의 이동에 의해 서로 멀리 수직으로 이동 가능하고 비충전 구역에 걸쳐 가열바에 대면하는 관계로 배열된 2개의 가열바 수납기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세로형 충전포장기.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 절단수단이 비충전 구역 쪽으로 그리고 이로 부터 멀리 이동 가능한 절단날을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세로형 충전포장기.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 가열바가 비충전 구역에 대하여 가압되는 가열바의 가압표면상에 배열된 삼가형 돌기를 포함하고, 절단수단이 받침부재로 대체된 것을 특징으로 하는 세로형 충전포장기.
  10. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 가열바와 절단수단이 비충전 구역 쪽으로 그리고 이로 부터 멀리 이동하기 위해 비충전 구역의 각 측면상에 배열되고, 냉각바가 비충전 구역으로 부터 멀어지는 가열바의 이동에 의해 절단수단에 대면하는 위치로 이동 가능하고, 열 밀봉 기구가 비충전 구역으로 부터 멀어지는 절단수단의 이동에 의해 가열바에 대면하는 위치로 이동 가능한 가열바 수납기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세로형 충전포장기.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 절단수단이 비충전 구역 쪽으로 그리고 이로부터 멀리 이동 가능한 절단날을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세로형 충전포장기.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 가열바가 비충전 구역에 대하여 가압되는 가열바의 가압 표면상에 배열된 삼각형 돌리를 포함하고, 절단수단이 받침부재로 대체된 것을 특징으로 하는 세로형 충전포장기.
