Abstract

기체에 그 기단부(7a)가 고정된 1쌍의 하부지주(7), 상기 하부지주(7)의 상단부에 상대요동 가능하게 부착되어 있는 U형상의 크로스바아부재(8), 및 하부지주(7)와 상기 크로스바아(8)의 사이에 구비되고, 상기 크로스바아(8)의 상기 하부지주(7)에 대한 상대요동을 선택적으로 허용하는 연결수단으로 구성되는 작업기의 전도 보호구조(6)에 관한 것이다. 상기 연결수단은 상기 하지주의 상단부에 구비된 좌우 1쌍의 걸어맞춤부(10), 상기 크로스바아의 하단부에 구비된 좌우 1쌍의 피걸어맞춤부(11), 및 상기 걸어맞춤부(10)와 피걸어맞춤부(11)를 걸어맞추는 제1상태와, 그들의 걸어맞춤을 해제하는 제2상태를 선택적으로 조작하는 조작부(15)를 포함하고, 상기 조작부(15)를 상기 제2상태로 조작하였을 때, 상기 걸어맞춤부(10)와 상기 피걸어맞춤부(11)가 걸어맞춤해제의 방향으로 탄성적으로 이간되도록, 상기 하부지주(7) 및 상기 크로스바아(8)의 형상치수를 설정하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하고 있다.

제2도는 전도 보호구조의 배면도,
제3도(A)는 전도 보호구조의 회전부의 죔 고정상태를 도시한 일부 절결 정면도,
제3도(B)는 전도 보호구조의 회전부의 죔 해제상태를 도시한 일부 절결 정면도,
제4도는 전도 보호구조의 걸어맞춤 부분해 사시도.

Claims (7)

  1. (a) 기체에 그 기단부(7a)가 고정된 1쌍의 하부지주(7), (b) 상기 하부지주(7)의 상단부에 상대 요동이 가능하게 부착되어 있는 U형상의 크로스 바아부재(8), 및 (c) 하부지주(7)와 상기 크로스바아(8)의 사이에 구비되고, 상기 크로스바아(8)의 상기 하부지주(7)에 대한 상대요동을 선택적으로 허용하는 연결수단으로 구성되어 있으며, 상기 연결수단은 상기 하부지주의 상단부에 구비된 좌우 1쌍의 걸어맞춤부(10), 상기 크로스바아의 하단부에 구비된 좌우 1쌍의 피걸어맞춤부(11) 및 상기 걸어맞춤부(10)및 피걸어맞춤부(11)를 걸어맞추는 제1상태와, 그들의 걸어맞춤을 해제하는 제2상태를 선택적으로 조작하는 조작부(15)로 이루어지고 상기 조작부(15)를 상기 제2상태로 조작하였을때, 상기 걸어맞춤부(10)와 상기 피걸어맞춤부(11)가 걸어맞춤해제의 방향으로 탄성적으로 이간되도록 상기 하부지주(7) 및 상기 크로스바아(8)의 형상치수를 설정하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업기의 전도 보호구조.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하부지주(7)의 자유상태에서의 형상치수는 상기 제1상태에서의 형상치수와 실질적으로 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 작업기의 전면 보호구조.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 크로스바아(8)의 자유상태에서의 형상치수는 상기 제1상태에서의 형상치수와 실질적으로 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 작업기의 전도 보호구조.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 크로스바아(8)의 1쌍의 상기 피걸어맞춤부의 자유상태에서의 형상치수는 상기 하부지주의 걸어맞춤부와 기체의 축심방향에 틈새를 가지도록 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업기의 전도보호구조.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 크로스바아(8)의 1쌍의 상기 피걸어맞춤부의 자유상태에서의 형상치수는 상기 하부지주의 걸어맞춤부와 기체의 측면 바깥쪽에 틈새를 가지도록 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업기의 전도보호구조.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 하부지주의 1쌍의 상기 걸어맞춤부의 자유상태에서의 형상치수는 상기 크로스바아(8)의 피걸어맞춤부와 기체의 축심방향에 틈새를 가지도록 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업기의 전도보호구조.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 하부지주의 1쌍의 상기 걸어맞춤부의 자유상태에서의 형상 치수는 상기 크로스바아(8)의 피걸어맞춤부와 기체의 측면 바깥쪽에 틈새를 가지도록 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 작업기의 전도보호구조.
