Abstract

Claims (5)

  1. 소결된 연마 그레인을 제조하는 제조 방법에 있어서, (a)소결되지 않은 연마 그레인 선구 물질을 제공하는 단계와; (b)다음과 같은 구성을 포함하는 비회전로, 즉, 소결 챔버를 형성하며 대체로 평탄한 지지면을 포함하는 내측면을 구비하며, (i)상기 소결 챔버내의 상기 지지면상으로 소결되지 않은 연마 그레인 선구 물질을 안내하는 상기 내측면과 벽 수단을 관통하는 공급구와, (ii)소결 챔버로부터 소결된 연마 그레인을 배출하는 상기 벽 수단을 관통하는 배출구를 각각 구비하는 상기 벽수단과, 추진면을 구비하는 추진판과, 상기 추진판이 상기 지지면으로부터 이격된 제1위치와 상기 추진면이 상기 배출구에 인접하는 제2위치 사이에서 상대적인 이동을 하여, 그 추진판이 상기 제1위치로부터 상기 베2위치로이동하는 동안, 상기 추진면이 상기 지지면을 따라 이동하도록 상기 노상에 상기 추진판을 장착하는 수단과, 상기 제1위치로부터 제2위치로 상기 추진판을 이동시키는 수단을 포함하는 비회전식 노를 구비하는 소결 장치를 제공하는 단계와; (c)약 1000℃내지 약 1600℃범위내의 온도로 상기 소결 챔버를 가열하는 단계와; (d)상기 공급구를 통해 상기 소결 챔버내의 상기 지지면 상에 상기 소결되지 않은 다량의 연마 그레인 선구 물질을 공급하는 단계와; (e)소결된 연마 그레인을 제공할 만큼 충분한 온도와 시간으로 상기 소결 챔버내에서 상기 소결되지 않은 연마 그레인 선구 물질을 가열하는 단계와; (f)상기 제1위치로부터 상기 제2위치까지 상기 추진판을 이동시켜서 상기 소결된 연마 그레인을 상기 배출구까지 이동시킴으로써 상기 소결챔버로부터 상기 소결된 연마 그레인을 배출하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결된 연마 그레인을 제조하는 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소결되지 않은 연마 그레인 선구 물질을 연마 그레인 선구 물질로 하소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 소결된 연마 그레인은 30마이크로미터 보다 작은 평균 입자 크기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1위치로부터 상기 제2위치로 상기 추진판을 이동시키기 전에, 상기 이동 단계는, (a)상기 제1위치로부터 상기 제1위치와 상기 제2위치 사이의 제1중간 위치로 상기 추진판을 이동시키는 단계와; (b)상기 제1중간 위치로부터 상기 제1위치 또는 그 위치에 인접한 제1귀환 위치로 상기 추진판을 귀환시키는 단계와; (c)상기 제1귀환 위치로부터 상기 제1중간 위치와 상기 제1위치 사이의 제2중간 위치로 상기 추진판을 이동시키는 단계와; (d)상기 제2중간 위치로부터 상기 제1위치 또는 그 위치에 인접한 제2귀환 위치로 귀환시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  5. 소결 챔버를 형성하며 대체로 평탄한 지지면을 포함하는 내측면을 구비하며, (ⅰ)상기 소결 챔버내의 상기 지지면상으로 소결되지 않은 연마 그레인 선구 물질을 안내하는 상기 내측면과 벽 수단을 관통하는 공급구와, (ⅱ)소결 챔버로부터 소결된 연마 그레인을 배출하는 상기 벽 수단을 관통하는 배출구를 각각 구비하는 상기 벽수단과; 추진면을 구비하는 추진판과; 상기 추진판이 상기 지지면으로부터 이격된 제1위치와 상기 추진면이 상기 배출구에 인접하는 제2위치 사이에서 이동하여, 그 추진판이 상기 제1위치로부터 상기 제2위치로 이동하는 동안에 상기 추진면이 상기 지지면을 따라 이동하도록 상기 노상에 상기 추진판을 장착하는 수단과; 상기 제1위치로부터 제2위치로 상기 추진판을 이동시키는 수단과; 1000℃ 내지 약 1600℃범위의 온도로 상기 소결 챔보를 가열하는 수단을 포함하는 비회전식 노를 구비하며, 상기 공급구와 상기 소결 챔버가 25℃의 초기 온도에서 소결되지 않은 입자 선구 물질 재료를 상기 소결 챔버내로 이동시키고, 25℃의 초기 온도에서 상기 공급구를 통과하여 상기 소결 챔버내로 들어가는 상기 소결되지 않은 입자 선구 물질의 표면을 상기 소결 챔버의 상기 온도에 약 3초간 노출시키도록 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 장치.
