Abstract
R : 10 내지 30원자%(단, R은 Y를 함유하는 희토류 원소에서 선택한 하나이상), B : 2 내지 28원자%, Fe : 65 내지 82원자%(단, Fe양의 50원자%까지는 Co로 치환할 수 있다)를 주성분으로 하는 합금 분말에 대해 미분쇄전, 미분쇄중 또는 미분쇄후에 윤활제로서 하나 이상의 붕산에스테르계 화합물(예 : 붕산트리부틸)을 첨가 혼합하고 0.01 내지 2중량%의 윤활제를 함유시킨 성형재료를 프레스성형에 사용한다. 금형윤활을 실시하지 않고 연속 프레스성형을 할 수 있게 되고 자기 인가하에서 프레스성형할 때에 합금분말의 배향성이 향상되고 자석 특성, 특히 잔류 자속밀도와 최대 에너지적이 향상된다.

Claims (7)
- R : 10 내지 30원자%(단, R은 Y를 함유하는 희토류 원소에서 선택한 하나이상), B : 2 내지 28원자%, Fe : 65 내지 82원자%(단, Fe양의 50원자%까지는 Co로 치환할 수 있다)를 함유 하는 합금분말과 윤활제로서 하나 이상의 붕산에스테르계 화합물과의 혼합물로 이루어진 희토류 ·철계 소결영구자석 제조용의 성형재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 붕산에스테르계 화합물이 합금분말에 대해 0.01 내지 2중량%의 비율로 존재하는 성형재료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 합금분말이 합금주괴를 조분쇄 및 미분쇄하여 수득한 것인 성형재료.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 합금분말이, 합금용량을 단롤법 또는 쌍롤법을 사용하여 두께가 0.05 내지 3mm이고 결정 입자직경이 3 내지 30㎛인 조직을 갖는 박판 또는 박편으로 주조하고 이를 조분쇄 및 미분쇄하여 수득한 것인 성형재료.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 따른 성형재료를 프레스성형하고, 수득된 가압분체를 소결하여 이루어진 R-Fe-B계 소결 영구자석의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 프레스성형을 자장중에서 실시하는 방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 소결후에 수득된 소결체를 시효처리하는 공정을 추가로 포함하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
