Abstract

다이플루프레도네이트를 유효 성분으로하는 안 현탁액. 본 발명의 안 현탁액은 국소 투여에 의해 뛰어난 항 염증 작용 및 항알레르기 작용을 나타낸다. 따라서, 본 발명의 현탁액은 알레르기 결막염, 춘계 결막염, 주변 안건염, 카타르성 결막염 및 포도막염과 같은 안 질환의 치료 및 예방을 위해 유용하다.

Claims (16)

  1. 다이플루프레도네이트를 유효 성분으로 함유하는 안 현탁액.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 중합체를 함유하는 현탁액.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 수용성 중합체가 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스 및 폴리비닐 알콜로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 현탁액.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 수용성 중합체가 0.05∼0.2W/V%의 비율로 함유된 현탁액.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 보존제를 함유하는 현탁액.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 보존제가 4차 암모늄 염 및 양이온성 화합물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 현탁액.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 4차 암모늄 염이 벤즈알콘늄 클로라이드 및 벤즈에토늄 클로라이드로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 현탁액.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 양이온성 화합물이 클로르헥시딘 글루코네이트인 현탁액
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 보존제가 0.005∼0.01W/V%의 비율로 함유된 현탁액.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 등장화제를 함유하는 현탁액.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 등장화제가 염화나트륨인 현탁액
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 완충액을 함유하는 현탁액.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 완충액이 아세테이트 및 ε-아미노카프론산으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 1종 이상인 완충액.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 아세테이트가 아세트산나트륨인 현탁액.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 중합체, 보존제, 등장화제 및 완충액을 함유하는 현탁액.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 수용성 중합체가 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스 및 폴리비닐알콜로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상이고; 보존제가 벤즈알코늄 클로라이드, 벤즈에토늄 클로라이드 및 크로르헥시딘 글루코네이트로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상이며 ; 등장화제가 염화나트륨이고, 완충액이 아세테이트 및 ε-아미노카프론산으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상인 현탁액.
